Beautiful place and very accommodating staff

The property was clean and beautiful. It is perfectly located on the beach/boardwalk and easily accessible to everything. The staff was responsive throughout the entire process and very accommodating. Everyone had a great time for our trip. I highly recommend renting this property.

Perfect Beach House for our Family

We had such a wonderful time here - It was so nice to have beach chairs, toys, boogie boards - everything we needed. The house was perfect!

Amazing vacation house and location

This house is comfortable, spacious and in a perfect location sitting right at the access to the beach. With 4 bedrooms we accommodated 5 adults and 3 children perfectly.

Highly recommend staying at this beautiful property.

Just an absolute beautiful home steps away from the beach and boardwalk. Very spacious house with garage and easy access to the beach. Will become a yearly vacation for me and my family.

Amazing location

Great apartment in an amazing location. It's literally on the boardwalk right on the beach. It has plenty of room and great for large groups. Short cab ride to the casinos. Looking forward to staying again.

Atlantic City Beach Pad

The beachfront location on the boardwalk and a nice guarded beach was great. My family really enjoyed our stay. The recent renovation of the house was nice, but not quite complete, thus detracting somewhat from the experience.

What a weekend

Weather turned out making it a great weekend! House right on the beach/boardwalk easy to get anywhere. There is a volleyball net on the beach right in front of the house, we bought a ball and played all day it was a great time.

The location of this property was great! We were right on the Boardwalk so getting the family and l our toddler back and forth to the beach was so convenient. We loved the fact that there was an outdoor shower and that there were plenty of outdoor spaces with views. For 5 adults and a toddler, we had enough room to be comfortable over the two-story apartment. We were close to breakfast spots, a park, reataurants and little shops.We had two hiccups during the stay. The host was quick to get back to us with a remedy, and in the end we did get a resolve and were back to enjoying the stay!The only con we experienced was not having a queen bed in the main bedroom. Another small, but manageable inconvenience is that the only keypad entrance was the front door. We wished there was another kepayd entrance closer to the outdoor shower.Everything else was wonderful and we would definitely stay again! Its a gorgeous property with a very courteous host.

Couldn’t have been better. Owner and property owner were always available with any questions or help. Beautiful property. Best location. Ideal location with boardwalk and close to restaurants. Could keep vehicles in garage as well as the bikes we rented. Absolutely no complaints. This was a perfect vacation!!!

Right on the beach

The house is as close to the beach as your can get. Stores area little far away. Being your provisions with the car. Plenty of room, clean, everything we needed. You can hear the other renters upstairs.

Super Location, Good Value!

The location of this house is amazing! Right on the boardwalk! The beach is steps away. The owner was super responsive and always very helpful. The furnishings and old fashion beach house charm were also a plus. Parking was not easy and we could hear every step the upstairs tenants made, but luckily they kept just about the same hours we did! There are a few condition problems with the deck and general upkeep of the exterior, but nothing that would keep me from renting again.

Family beach get away

Jason, the owner was amazing to work with. He was always quick to respond and worked out a plan to help us! The house was very nice and everything we needed for our week stay at the beach. Kitchen had a few pots and pans, an area that could be improved for sure. Bathrooms were decent. Towels and wash clothes were minimal, dated and could use to be updated. The house like others have commented could use some updating, which it seems to me the owner is in the works of doing. It all takes time! It has all new windows and siding which looks beautiful! It was a short walk over the dunes to the beach. Jason had some beach chairs, boogie boards and toys available which helped with our packing. I would recommend this to a family and I would be sure to visit again! Jason was great to work!

Best spring break!!

I've never wrote a review for anything but we had perfect spring break so I'm writing this! The place is cozy and close to everything. About 10 min to casinos and restaurants. stove, bathroom, heater, and everything works just fine. Easy to contact the owner too with very quick response (thanks again!). To use air bed, all you need to do is plug in and turn the switch to "inflate" or "deflate". Oh, and there is extra blanket and bed sheet in the little closet that is on the corner of living room. Right next to the first room.. I suggest you go walk on the beach in the morning with a cup of coffee (if the weather is good!) We had such a great time that we told the owner we would visit again!! If anyone wants to go to AC and have a great time, I recommand this place. Thank you for letting us rent your place Jason :)

Great little get-a-way

decks overlooking the beach - walk on to the beach - short ride to most attractions, restaurants, and cafes. Plenty of room and an updated kitchen.

Batram beach house

Great place to stay - excellent communication with host before, during and after. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway or a long, relaxing vacation. Top quality linens, bedding, and beautiful inside and out!! Hope to return !!

Perfect holiday getaway!

We had an amazing time at his Jersey Shore vacation home! There was plenty of space and a picture perfect view. Communication with the owner was GREAT and he was very responsive to even the smallest of questions. There was so much for us to do here. My only recommendation is to update the pots/pans. Would absolutely recommend for anyone to stay here! You'll love the space, location, and the view!

Lovely get away!

We had an amazing stay here in mid/late September - it worked out perfectly because dogs are only allowed on the beach after September 15th. The host was extremely conscientious and proactively asked if there was anything that could improve future stays. I gave some minor feedback and they were incredibly responsive. We will be booking again!

Great location and service

Love the updates

We really enjoyed our stay. The beachfront location was great. We loved people watching and all of the different dogs visit the little park in front of the house. As expected, parking was tough on the beach block for the extra cars. The renovation was executed perfectly. Great use of space and updated finishes. Jason took his time to respond to my questions which made our stay more organized. We were very pleased.

Family vacation

Had a great trip and over all experience at this vrbo! The owner was easy to get a hold of and fixed any issues quickly with his maintenance guy on site. The place wasn’t completely ready to visit there were still some odds and ends to get done while we stayed there but it still livable as you don’t spend every moment in the house while at the beach. I would make sure you specify what unit you are staying in when you book (there is a lower and upper unit) I would thought we were staying in the upper unit for what we were paying for, but it is still a newly renovated nice apartment. Would go back next summer if we had a trip to AC again.
