Fully remodeled, the "Beach Pad" is a two-family building that went through a complete property transformation. Each home boasts an open layout that flows from the kitchen and living space to multiple outdoor seating areas with complete privacy to ensure you will have complete tranquility. The design of the "Beach Pad" infuses modern touches in the lighting and finishes and amps up the amenities such as a flat screen Samsung TV in each bedroom, bedside sconces with switches, and conveniently placed outlets.

Features include an open-concept kitchen with seating for 10, a large living room with a 70" Smart TV and full size front loader washer /dryer. Off the living room is one of the decks for grilling and outdoor dining.

You are renting a home on levels 1 and 2 of a two family building.



In front of the home is our neighborhood Bartram Ave. Park where you can stroll through the farmers market on Sunday's or bring a folding chair to catch a free movie with friends or the family. Our beach includes public bathrooms and showers for convenience. Walking towards Ventnor offers superb family-oriented parks and recreation. The Lower Chelsea neighborhood is the best kept secret in Atlantic City. It's a low-key high amenity location with access to transportation to everything the city has to offer.



Pets are welcome, no need to leave furry family members behind. We include a welcome kit with your pet fee so that you have the basics covered for the family's best friend.



The Neighborhood:

Enjoy a beachfront setting in Lower Chelsea, near the border with Ventnor. Start your morning with a stroll along the Boardwalk, spend the afternoon on the beach, then explore the neighborhood’s cafés and casual restaurants along Ventnor Avenue. Local markets make picking up essentials convenient, while Atlantic City’s casinos, shopping, and entertainment give you plenty of options for an evening out.



Getting Around:

The beach and Atlantic City Boardwalk are just steps from the home, making morning strolls and afternoons by the ocean easy.

For breakfast, lunch, and everyday essentials, head inland toward Ventnor Avenue, where you’ll find neighborhood cafés, casual restaurants, and local markets. Brittany’s Cafe is at 4313 Ventnor Avenue, with additional dining options farther along the avenue.

Public transportation offers another way to explore. NJ Transit’s 505 bus connects Atlantic City with Ventnor, Margate, and Longport. Atlantic City’s Jitney minibuses serve the Pacific Avenue casino corridor, with routes extending to the Jackson Avenue area. Check the current route and boarding location before heading out.

Bartram Beach Homes is committed to the safety and security of all involved during a booking and we ensure our owner’s homes are also protected. Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through our third-party provider, Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up to date with rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification.



We will also be emailing you the short-term rental agreement to sign via PandaDoc. To do this, we will ask for your email address outside of the Airbnb platform so we can send the agreement directly to you. Please sign it prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.



Additionally, to ensure a smooth and secure booking process, the person making the reservation must be the same as the cardholder whose payment method will be used to confirm the booking.
