Modern 3BR is located in the Beautiful Sierra Lane community adjacent to Blue Mountain. Sierra Lane is a 7 minute walk to the heart of Blue Mountain Village where you will find the ski hills, restaurants, shops and more.

The Sierra Lane community has an outdoor swimming pool open in the summer months that guests can use during their stay.

The Space:
Sierra Lane Community is undergoing a significant renovation of the exterior of each building. Residents may experience construction noise in the community from May to November, between 8 AM and 8 PM on weekdays. Please note that construction work for the building housing unit 110 will take place from September 4 to October 15, 2025. Scaffolding may be set up on the decks outside, making them unusable during this period.

Modern and spacious 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom ground floor corner unit that sleeps 8. The open concept main floor makes it great for hanging out with your entire group. The living room includes a floor to ceiling gas fireplace with sofa and chairs to allow you to cozy up too after a long day outside.

The kitchen is fully equipped to prep a meal and includes a spacious dinning table and bar to enjoy your time together. Take your group outside to enjoy the mountain views from the spacious patio overlooking the golf course and the mountain and features a BBQ and Patio Seating.

The unit features a primary bedroom on the main floor with a king size bed and private ensuite bathroom. The secondary bedroom on the main floor features a bunk bed and twin bed and includes a TV with bring your own Netflix. The third bedroom is located in the second floor loft that overlooks the main living space and has a private ensuite bathroom with standup shower.

Guests have access to the full condo with the exception of a locked owners closet.

There is a ski locker located outside the unit to store skis and snowboards during your stay. Please don't bring any equipment into the unit.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the Sierra Lane Community and adjacent to Blue Mountain Village. The unit is surrounded by walking trails, and the Monterra Golf Course. There is an outdoor seasonal pool you can use in the summer located directly behind

Getting Around:
There is one designated parking spot for the unit and there is visitor parking for an additional car at a first come, first serve basis. The Village at Blue Mountain is a 5 minute walk or 1 minute drive. Also, within a 10-15 minute drive to surrounding Downtown Collingwood and Thornbury.

Other Things to Note:
The seasonal outdoor pool is public spaces and shared with other guests staying at the resort.
