Everything you need with extreme comfort.

Everything is updated, everything is comfortable, and the location is secluded but close to everything. Will definitely be hitting the spot back up next time we are in town.

The rooms were clean. We did not have a beach or ocean view but it was a very short walk to the beach. Private pool was fabulous! We enjoyed! Loved the space in the house. 3 bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs! Could sit out on 2nd level deck and relax with coffee. Overall loved the house and decorations! Host communicated effectively!!

Annual PCB vacay!!

Absolutely gorgeous home equipped with everything we needed Awesome pool with a beautiful landscaped back yard very private would definitely stay here again short walk to beach our house was the 5th house down from the street ran directly into splash resort with beach access #74 showers and few stairs to beach. Plenty of room for a family of 6 adults and 6 kiddos for sleeping comfortably. Warren beach rentals were quick to respond to fix any issues we had and Mitch property owner was very responsive as well. Loved our stay

Great PCB house

House was clean and accommodated our needs. Heated pool was great. Just a 4 minute walk to the beach, and there is a crosswalk to safely get to beach. Rental provided beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys. Kitchen was well stocked for meal prep., and there is an outdoor grill too. Property mgmt quickly replaced propane tank when we reached out. Would stay here again.

Nice home

The listing shows 2 kings and 2 queens. There was one King and 2 full, don't recall the 4th bedroom, maybe a queen but definitely not a second king as advertised. The kitchen was lacking- not a single serving plate or bowl, 3 muffin pans but not a single bowl to mix any batter in or for any other use. There was no colander to drain pasta with. The property was nice and a short walk to the beach. Could not figure out how to turn on the pool lights. No paper instructions for anything on site like I have seen at most other rentals I have done. I paid a price largely based upon the listing of beds/bedrooms and felt deceived.
