A fun place to stay!

Loved the loft! We stayed here during the summit league tournament. Location was perfect for us and enjoyed shopping, eating, and drinking on Philips Ave when we weren’t at the basketball games. Highly recommend the loft for a fun getaway!

Excellent location close to everything downtown. Easy check in and check out. Great communication from owner. Fully equipped with everything we needed. The owner even made sure a desk was installed to make it easier for my husband to work from there. Will definitely stay again.

A week in cold South Dakota

We hit really cold weather for our stay, and being close to the downtown restaurants was really nice. But the cold weather and loft setup resulted in a chilly downstairs and hot upstairs situation. Not ideal, but that’s the only ding on what was otherwise a great stay.

Passing through

There was a perfect 2 day stop to our long road trip to Yellowstone. The extra gift cards were a plus and deeply appreciated. The only downfall was the light from parking garage shined into window upstairs, may want to consider tinting the window or putting a shade. Would definitely stop here again.

Disappointed

The location is good, access is terrible. Parking is an issue, public is not free, the parking structure works, unless you are there after 9am., then it's a parking ticket. The spiral stairs are cool but, it is ridiculous with luggage. The furniture is unformfortable, it works, just not furelaxingcool

Parking is free on the weekends and after 5 on weekdays. It’s simple to download the parksmarter App and pay the nominal fee. Having covered parking available downtown within walking distance is definitely a nice option. I haven’t had anyone complain about the furniture before so that’s a first. I enjoy it and so have all my other guests. The spiral staircase is very cool and very manageable.

Stayed here for a girl’s staycation. Location was close to everything downtown and parking garage was right behind the loft. Loft was comfortable for 4 to stay and so unique and modern with so much charm. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

This is a studio loft. I would give this property a 10 for location in downtown Sioux Falls. Easy walking distance to all the restaurants we wanted to go to. It is located in the ally way/back entrances to business's on Phillips. It has a parking structure just across the alleyway that was easily accessible. Our visit was mostly over a weekend, so parking was free and very close to the loft. The loft only has two small windows so it felt a bit "cave-like". There was quite a bit of door-slamming and noise from the adjacent apartment, a bit unnerving when it occurred in early morning hours. Also the street noise on Saturday night kept us up until the wee hours of the morning (bring ear plugs). The mattress was comfortable, but it's beginning to "canoe" a bit and needs rotating. We'd stay here again but only for short visits.
