The apartment is charming and very comfortable. It’s apparent that the hosts have given considerable thought and attention to the overall layout, as well as to specific features, such as reliable WiFi, a well-stocked kitchen, and extra linens. It’s also a very short distance to the very center of town. Overall,we found it to be delightful.

This property is, perhaps, the most well-appointed VRBO we have ever stayed at. Beautifully furnished, so comfortable, and a superb kitchen. Although just a 10 minute walk from vibrant downtown Woodstock, the property was amazingly quiet with a wooded terrain out the back door. A delightful place to stay.

Not enjoyable. The reason I gave 1-star for "cleanliness" is that the "cleanliness" was accomplished using very toxic products. Even after removing many products under the sink (there were more in other places) I was still very uncomfortable as every cloth surface in the apt wreaked from the off-gassing of these products. I experienced respiratory distress & did not enjoy breathing even as the air outside was pretty good. But if your body can tolerate these harsh toxic products, the unit has a full kitchen, an ok bathroom, a good mattress & it's relatively spacious, well-located, quiet. Don't know how private it is. Kinda creepy that the proprietor knew I'd opened my macbook.

Location - Location - Location

Located walking distance to the Green. We had a wonderful stay during peak Fall foliage. Although our first stay at this "Cozy Space" it was my third and my wife's fourth visit to Woodstock, VT. The accommodations are clean, fully furnished and fully stocked with everything we could have needed. We got groceries at the nearby markets and only ate two meals out for the entire 2 weeks we were there. We loved Woodstock so much, while we were there, we bought a home in nearby Chester, VT.

Great location

We were pleased to be able to walk to town from this great spot and enjoyed the back deck even in the rainy weather since it had an overhang. There was work being done on the property at the time, which was the only snag as the worker's dog prevented us from leaving when we needed to, but he came out after a few minutes, got his dog, and we were on our way.

Great Location and Immaculate Property

The pictures don’t do this property justice. Wonderful location and very comfortable apartment with excellent amenities. Lovely owners and quiet location just a short walk to everything Woodstock has to offer. We highly recommend this rental.

Wonderful Woodstock

Another excellent experience in Woodstock at this lovely unit with a well appointed living area well stocked kitchen. The unit is close village shopping, restaurants and the amazing Billings Farm Museum and the Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historic Park. Woodstock never disappoints and this unit is a great place to stay.

Reunion Weekend

This was a great apartment in walking distance of town. although weather was not good it was very convenient. Clean, great little kitchen set up with all your cooking needs. Nice to have washer & dryer although I didnt use. Would stay here again. Loved the private patio area with covering. The whole location is very private you dont feel you are distrubing anyone. may suggest new matress has dip in it or upgrade to king. Would not have selected had my husband tagged along. Great unit! Thank you for allowing me to stay

Visiting Woodstock, VT

This lovely apartment was spotless, and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well-equipped with anything you would need for cooking a meal, and there were plenty of clean linens. The location was close to the village and the many things to do in the area. It was perfect for the two of us.

Perfect!

Cozy and comfortable - the amenities in the kitchen and bathroom were above and beyond expectations. Candles were even provided for the dining table. The deck is private with lovely landscaping - the gas firepit is a wonderful way to end the day of exploring. Clay and Brenda are wonderful hosts - we highly recommend this property.

Lovely Hideaway

We had a lovely stay in Woodstock! There is one parking spot just for guests and a front and rear entry that are easily accessible without even knowing your hosts live in the same home. The hosts were easy to communicate with. The space was very clean and perfect for what we needed - our son stayed in the bedroom (since he goes to bed early) and we slept on the pullout couch. Both were very comfortable. The outdoor space for guests is private, woodsy, and has a gas fire pit that was a perfect oasis for this time of year. The location is very close to downtown but it is up a very steep hill. We brought our bikes, but it was difficult to get back up the hill on them, especially with a toddler in tow. We wound up just walking to and from town and it's so close and easy to get to. Woodstock was extremely busy this time of year (as is to be expected) but we'd visit again a different time of year - the place was great!

Fabulous place!

Woodstock is a wonderful destination and Prospect Place is a perfect place to stay. The garage apartment was incredibly clean and well equipped. Easy to give this one 5 stars!

Convenient and private

Loved the deck with the fire table. overlooking the woods and plantings. Nice kitchen with washer and dryer. Cute decor. Even though it is close to town, it is up a steep hill with no sidewalk part of the way. For that reason I would not walk it at night. We have minor back issues and found the couch very uncomfortable for the lower back. Seems like some of the springs were broken. All in all, I would suggest a stay there

Wonderful Woodstock

Prospect Place is a wonderful home away from home and Brenda and Clayton are superior hosts. We highly recommend this unit and the town of Woodstock, which offers many excellent attractions, activities and restaurants.

Fantastic location and charming

This cottage is situated in a beautiful setting with lots of trees and gardens. It’s right in town and close to everything. I would definitely stay there again.
