The house was very well stocked with all you need! Very clean! Loved how close it was to Temple Square. It is on a very busy road but the noise was not an issue like we were afraid of. We also got some good family gametime, loved the coffee table it was perfect for comfortable play!

Everyone in our group of 8 commented how much they liked the unit, the appoitments, the personal touches, and thoughtfulness. Each bedroom was comfortable. Very clean. Wonderful place to stay in SLC.

Perfect spot for our Salt Lake City trip for our son’s college graduation! Seven of us flew in from Oklahoma, and being right across the street from his apartment was ideal. Beautifully decorated (love the Golden Girls art upstairs!), comfy beds, nice towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. Highly recommend!

The house was beautiful and so close to everything. The house had everything we needed, so nicely decorated with high quality bed’s, bedding and towels. We were attending a Convention at the Salt Palace and it was nice and close.

Awesome!

Great location, especially if you need close proximity to the convention center. Great property, plenty of room for our group of seven. Very lovely, decorated well with all the amenities.We very much enjoyed our stay at this great property.

Just Beautiful!

We stayed here while attending a tournament at the convention center. This house was well stocked with everything we needed and in a great location with quiet neighbors. The beds were comfy. Having a dedicated parking spot behind the house was great and not hard to find. I wish this home was available when we return in July!

Just perfect for a family or group of friends

This house was just perfect for our group of friends. With four bedrooms and two full baths, it offered plenty of space and privacy, yet the comfy open concept living area allowed us to hang out, cook and eat together, watch TV, or just catch up in the mornings and evenings instead of heading back to our individual hotel rooms as we had done on past trips. It's walking distance to the FamilySearch library and has beautiful downtown and mountain views. The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen are nicely updated and equipped, and the entire house has been decorated with an artistic flair. We would love to come back to this property on our next trip to Salt Lake City.

SLC Capital House

We had a family group visit for the NCAA Tournament games, and the house, location and weather were all great for our stay. The accommodations were top-notch in this renovated Capitol Hill home. The house is conveniently located for taking part in all the activities that Salt Lake City has to offer.

Great place, great location!!!

A group of 4 of us stayed for 4 days while in town for a hockey game. 1st time in Salt Lake City - couldn't have asked for a better spot to stay!! The house itself was wonderful - very clean & so well appointed!! The 4 bedrooms were perfect for a group of friends, and the kitchen had everything we needed 'equipment' wise! Absolutely no complaints about anything - the check in directions were extremely helpful and communication with David easy. The house is in a great location - steps away from the Capital buildings and just a couple of blocks to Temple Square and the rest of the downtown. We easily walked back & forth to Delta Centre (the hill coming back was good for all the good food we had!) or, Ubers were easy to get when we decided to take it easy!!Highly recommend this great house!!! Thanks for a fabulous stay!

We completely gutted and remodeled our home after we purchased it. We spent nearly every night and weekend creating this comfortable and modern space, we hope you enjoy it.
