Amenity key location - After you enter the condo and close the door, look at the wall to your left. You will see a wooden key holder. The key is hanging there. Please return the key to the same location.

INTERIOR: Deck is well stocked with firewood. Entire interior has been upgraded with new carpet and paint. The tub/shower room has been completely remodeled. Living room has a wood burning stove, a new 65” Samsung Smart TV, a new La-Z-Boy Queen sofa sleeper, a manual recliner and two electronic recliners.

PARKING PERMIT: Required. The condo has green parking permits located on the cabinet behind the barstools. Please write your name, check in/out dates and Unit 246 on the permit and place it on the rear view mirror of your vehicle.

PETS: Very sorry but pets are not allowed.
SMOKING: Not allowed. Entire Summit complex is non-smoking
