Summary:

The Summit is the perfect Mammoth vacation destination for any family or friends wanting to be close to the mountain.



The Space:

The Summit is conveniently located right next to the Eagle Lodge for a quick ride on the gondola. Summertime activities are also close by. Downtown, hiking/biking trails, and the Snowcreek golf course are all a short drive or Uber away. The free green line shuttle, also stops at the Eagle Lodge parking lot and travels to the Village and back to the Eagle Lodge. Spend your days skiing and snowboarding down the slopes.



The inside has modern touches giving an updated condo atmosphere. The living room has seating options placed in front of a gorgeous wood burning fireplace, mounted TV, and DVD player. Get cozy with a movie and light the fireplace. From here, you can access the balcony for the crisp mountain air. The balcony provides mountain views and is a great spot to store wood for the fireplace.



A gourmet kitchen is equipped with a drip coffee maker, slow cooker, blender, toaster, wine opener, pots, pans and more. Enjoy delicious homemade meals in the comfort of your own home. There are 6 seats on the dining table and 3 seats on the breakfast bar.



Two bedrooms are on the main level. The master bedroom is furnished with a King bed. The guest bedroom down the hall has a Queen bed. The bonus loft room has a Twin over Full bunk bed, great for the kids.



There is 1 underground parking space, shared laundry facilities, an exercise room, and a sauna. The summer the BBQ stations, tennis courts, hot tubs, and swimming pools are only open during the summer. Some of the condo amenities like the hot tub will not be available due to COVID.



Due to COVID, there are changes in ski resort availabilities. Please make sure to check the ski resorts’ policies on reservations and tickets if you plan on hitting the slopes. We cannot provide refunds based on reservation inabilities at the ski resorts.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.



Other Things to Note:

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
