We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. Please make yourself at home, your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. We can be reached via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

You are welcome to make yourself at home and enjoy every room and feature of this property, with the exception of two locked supply closets and the garage.

If you have any questions or need recommendations for activities and sights in the area, your hosts are readily available to assist you via booking app, phone or text. The home features a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access during your stay.

Evenings come alive in the private movie theater, complete with a 75-inch Smart TV and reclining sofas that set the stage for cozy film marathons. For a more playful atmosphere, the game room invites hours of competition with an Xbox, Oculus VR, Nintendo 64, air hockey, and classic arcade machines like Pac-Man and Star Wars pinball. Guests can also unwind with a collection of board games, a swinging chair, or music on the vintage record player paired with a premium Echo Studio sound system. Children will love the KidzKorner, stocked with books, beanbags, and toys, or the outdoor playground for fresh-air adventures.

Cooking and dining
At the heart of the home, the open-concept kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals with ease, from a rice maker and blender to ample cookware and dinnerware. Gather around the large dining table that seats up to 12, or take the meal outdoors to the patio dining space. Whether cooking simple breakfasts or hosting a family-style feast, the kitchen is well-prepared for every occasion.

Sleeping arrangements
With five spacious bedrooms, the home comfortably accommodates up to 13 guests. Upstairs offers four private rooms furnished with soft linens, extra blankets, and thoughtful touches for restful nights. On the lower level, a suite with twin XL Murphy beds can be separated by curtains for added privacy, and a bonus air mattress provides flexibility for larger groups.

Bathrooms
Three and a half bathrooms are spread across the home, ensuring convenience for all. The master ensuite includes a generous vanity, the guest bath features a full tub, and the lower-level bath has a newly renovated walk-in shower. With bathrooms available on every floor, comfort and privacy are always close at hand.

Family-friendly features
Traveling with little ones is made simple thanks to a range of baby and child amenities, including a high chair, Pack ’n Play, crib, baby bath, and children’s dinnerware. Safety touches like table corner guards and kid-friendly spaces ensure peace of mind, while toys, books, and games keep younger guests entertained.

Exploring Denver and its amazing surroundings is easy with a rental car or ride-share service. Denver's public transportation system is reliable, but it doesn't provide the same level of freedom as having your own vehicle. To get the most out of your stay, we suggest renting a car or using a ride-share service.



Please note that we have moved the air hockey table to the garage to create more space for the Murphy beds. Also note, there is a tool kit in the laundry room, if needed.

Our house is not suitable for parties or loud music enthusiasts. Quiet hours commence at 10 pm. To ensure everyone's comfort, we've installed noise monitoring devices that gauge decibel levels during these hours; please rest assured, that they do not record or listen to audio.
