Located on the 17th floor of the Brighton building at Kingston Resorts, this superbly remodeled three‑bedroom, two‑bath condo offers a bright, open layout designed to showcase the ocean views from nearly every angle. With modern finishes and a thoughtfully reconfigured floor plan, this residence delivers a true beachside oasis.

Upon entering, you’re immediately drawn to the stunning bay window in the kitchen, perfectly positioned to frame the Atlantic Ocean and sandy shoreline below. The main gathering space features an open‑concept great room that seamlessly blends the living, dining, and kitchen areas.

The living area includes a sleeper sofa 🛋️, two club chairs, and direct access to the private balcony—ideal for relaxing with ocean breezes. The beautifully updated kitchen features a large island with seating for four, brand‑new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a charming bistro table for four set in the bay window 🍽️.

The property was located in a gated community. It was very quiet & offered great ammenties within the community such as a pickle ball court, golf cart rental, golf course. The entire property on the outside was clean & well maintained. Access to beach was close & there was adequate parking.

This condo could not have been more perfect! It was beautifully remodeled with modern finishes and had an ocean view. We loved everything about this property and would definitely stay there again! The fitness center in the neighborhood was amazing and the pool and slides at embassy suites were so much fun! I can’t wait to go back!

Reviewer Comments: The condo updates are beautiful but the kitchen has nowhere to store food, there is no ice maker or disposal and the bedroom furniture has no drawers. Great for short visit. The photos also don't show the "view" is over the parking deck and campground. Staying at this resort over 20 years, at this price - we expected more.

Having the amenities of Currents waterpark was perfect for the kids. We’ve never stayed at the same place twice but I think there’s a good chance we’ll book the same place next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My biggest concern with the condo was the lack of hot water for showers. Typically we would be out of hot water after the first person showered. We'd have to really stagger our shower times l, which affected our plans for the evening. There was also a lack of kitchen utensils. The coffee maker and toaster were in bad shape and there was a pack of decent pots and pans.

Management was prompt

Whenever we needed something or had a concern, they always called us back or emailed us or sent maintenance when we needed them because traveling with 14 year old boys can be challenging.

Property is absolutely amazing. The pool and beach was wonderful. The gym and indoor pool are connected and in walking distance and we enjoyed that every morning. The condo itself was really nice and beautifully decorated. I would definitely staff again
