Fantastic, bright 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo in the beautiful Brighton building in Kingston Plantation! All new beds in 2024!!

Guests who rent with us have full and exclusive access to all Kingston Resorts managed amenities including: Currents Pool Complex and Waterpark at Embassy Suites, Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort pools, resort shuttle service, cashless charging privileges on the resort, Wi-Fi and 24 hour on-site staff, including maintenance and security.

CDC CLEANING AND DISINFECTING
NOTE: In addition to the normal housekeeping departure clean our cleaners have added to their routine the proper sanitation of highly touched services which are not limited to: door handles, light switches, remotes, alarm clocks, dresser knobs, décor, lamps, thermostats, phones, hangers and irons. The cleaning agents used are those recommended by the CDC.

Nice week at the beach

We enjoyed our stay and loved the location. Right on the beach, next to the pools and minutes from Barefoot Landing and the Tanger Outlets.

Quick weekend trip

I really loved the unit. It was very spacious that allowed for privacy. It was really clean except there was chips on the floor when we arrived. I would definately stay again.

It worked for what we needed

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was as described but the pictures must have been taken years ago. The unit was VERY dirty (mold in the showers, bad smells from the sinks, stains on the floors, baseboards filthy, marks on the walls, the balcony was filthy and we had to wear shoes 24/7 or else the bottom of our feet socks were dirty) I spent our first day cleaning and making it ok. The bedroom with queen beds had mattress that caved in the middle and the headboards weren’t even attached so everytime the girls moved they banged on the walls. The furniture was obvious it was for a rental which is fine, we were at the beach most days and the washer dryer worked great. I did have to add vinegar and run it though a cleaning cycle bc of the smell. The freezer was set to 11 which I didn’t realize until everything melted and it took 2 days for it to get colder but then it was fine. The beds were not comfortable and I wish I brought a topper but whatever. It was fine. Overall it was fine. Left it cleaner than we got it.

Wonderful Stay!

We had such a good time at MB!! The unit / lock out unit worked out great with my family and in-laws! My son loved being so close to the water park and the beach was right there! Would definitely stay here again :) Hope to visit again one day.

Quiet and Convenient

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay recently at 108 Brighton. We loved the location, proximity to the beach and property. We thought the condo itself was great, we enjoyed the layout of the floorpan, that the decor was minimal (helpful when traveling with a small child) and that everything we needed was available to us in the condo. The only negative for us would have been with Kingston properties in that we had a traveler with us who recently had knee replacement, we asked them if we could use one of the gates that was on the side of the waterpark nearest our room (it was being used by staff all day) and we were told no. Only having one way in and out of the water park makes for a very long walk around the entire park to get to the entrance. While I understand the "rule" it seems like there could be a small amount of flexibility for certain situations, even just for one guest. Additionally, if the water park is open, all slides should also be open, or advertise them as being closed during some months of the year.

Girls Trip

My friends and I had a great stay. Communication was clear, the check-in process was easy and organized. There were multiple options for pool or beach. We spent every day at the main pool that had a dj or live music and a bar. It was a very relaxing weekend for moms away who like to have a good time.
