We offer self check-in so you can arrive at your convenience and enjoy your stay privately. While we typically do not meet guests in person, we’re always available if you need anything. The platform prefers communication through the platform, so please message us there first and we’ll respond quickly. If needed, phone or text is also available for urgent matters during your stay.
Located in Wichita’s historic College Hill neighborhood, Clifton Corner is surrounded by charm, walkability, and local favorites. The home is just a block from College Hill Park, a beloved neighborhood green space perfect for a stroll, relaxing outdoors, or enjoying the scenery.
You’ll also be within easy walking distance of local shops, coffee spots, restaurants, and neighborhood favorites that give College Hill its unique character. Known for its tree-lined streets and historic homes, the area offers a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere while still being just a short drive from downtown Wichita and many of the city’s main attractions.
Guests have full access to the home, barring the garage.

The living room flows into a charming dining area featuring stylish décor and a coffee bar for your morning brew. The adjacent kitchen is cozy but well-equipped with a fridge, stove, bakeware, and cookware for preparing meals.
The main floor also includes a full bathroom with modern fixtures and the main bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed. Upstairs, you’ll find the second bedroom with another king-size bed, along with a small area featuring a twin bed and a half bath. This leads into the third bedroom, which has a double bed.
From the dining room, stairs lead down to the basement, which houses the laundry area and a small gym. Outside, the property features beautifully maintained landscaping, adding to the home’s charm and inviting atmosphere.

Clifton Corner is one side of a historic duplex, so occasional noise from the neighboring unit may be heard. Our neighbor also works from home, so we ask guests to be respectful with noise during their stay.
This is a charming older home with character, which means you may notice a few quirks—such as creaky floors and the unique features that come with historic properties.
The home is located just one block from Kellogg Avenue, a main highway/ freeway through Wichita, so some traffic noise may be noticeable at times.
Please note there are several stairs required to enter the home. The second and third bedrooms, along with the half bath, are located upstairs. The laundry and small gym area are in the basement, accessed by a staircase that is quite steep.
The garage is used for storage and is not accessible to guests, but you are welcome to park in the driveway during your stay.
