With convenient access to major highways, getting around the city is quick and easy. Located just minutes from Wichita Hoops, this home is ideal for tournament travel while still offering a comfortable, relaxing space to unwind at the end of the day.
The home features a spacious open-concept layout that seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, making it ideal for relaxing or spending time together. The living room offers a large Smart TV and comfortable seating.
Moving down the hall, you’ll find three well-appointed bedrooms with beautiful natural light:
-Primary bedroom with a queen bed, large closet, and ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.
-Second bedroom with a queen bed.
-Third bedroom with two twin beds—perfect for kids or additional guests.
A hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo provides added convenience.
Enjoy the ease of garage parking, an in-home washer and dryer, and ample closet storage throughout the home.
Located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, this home offers a great location with easy access to shopping, dining, and major roadways—making it simple to get anywhere in Wichita.
