You’ll find luxury & style in this unique space, a short-term rental in Cynthiana, Ky. Enjoy the 2nd floor of a brick row house built in 1811. It’s old, but has modern amenities. Search “Wesley Roberts House” on the National Register of Historic Places. You are in downtown Cynthiana, a city of 7,000. Though small, the town features restaurants, shops and a digital movie theater (Rohs Opera House). 30 minutes from Lexington, 30 minutes from Georgetown. Cincinnati is an hour. There will be some traffic noise, but not bad. Fiber optic Wi-Fi, 55” TV. Fire extinguisher, fire hose, CO detector and smoke detector serve the unit. Off-street parking. Central air and heat. Tub with shower. Pots, pans, utensils, towels and linens included. Ice-maker in lobby. Also, a coffee pot and microwave are at your disposal, and a full size washer and dryer, refrigerator and stove. Several curios and sideboards for storage. This building is on the National Register of Historic Places under "Wesley Roberts houses."

This property was built about 1811. It is study and has character. It is a typical "row house" in architectural style, with ash-wood floors, some poplar and come cedar. The joists are hewn logs, not cut boards. It's a combination of old character and new amenities.
