TEAM RIOS Memories Made 2025

What a blessing to be in such a welcoming home! I kept referring it as The Homestead. Wish there was a pool, as we enjoyed being on the grounds, but it was just so hot being outside, but we made do and even had smores at the fire pit one evening. After a day at The Ark encounter came back and just relaxed, that’s when we could have enjoyed a dip in a pool if there was one. The animals were such an added blessing which was such a delight for all my grandkids!

Family trip

We loved our stay. We mainly went to meet up with family and to visit the ark. The house was a great size and had everything we needed. It was a peaceful and quiet place which we loved. We were able to relax and spend time with our family. The host was super responsive and friendly. We loved the space, animals and view. I would definitely stay again.

Excellent stay

This is a great property for a large group. We had 15 people that stayed comfortably. The property manager was responsive to my questions, and the whole family enjoyed the animals.

Family Trip

Went on a family trip to visit the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter and the house was absolutely perfect! Had tons of games/toys for our toddlers and the adults in our group. Large yard to play in and overall just a wonderful place to stay!

Do not hesitate to stay here!! We were in town for a wedding and we had a full house! Room for everyone and 3 full bathrooms! The location is quiet and absolutely stunning. We loved relaxing on the deck. The house is stocked with everything. The animals on the farm were a bonus. We all had a great time and wished we could have stayed an extra day just to “chill” a little bit more!

Peace and Sunrise

Dreamy. That is best description I have!! I could have sat on the porch and watched that sunrise over the rolling hills and bouncing bunnies every morning. Just as described. No complaints and would love to book again! Only suggestion that is very minor - a full length mirror upstairs would be useful.

Best Vrbo Ever!

Hands down our favorite Vrbo stay ever! Three families stayed here for a mini vacation to Kentucky from SC. There was plenty of room for all, which was refreshing! The beds were very comfortable, house was clean, and the host paid attention to details which was so welcoming (coffee, bath salts, fall decor, stocked spices, wax melt warmers, and more). There were multiple outdoor spaces which we enjoyed as well. The view and property are gorgeous and we felt like we were truly experiencing Kentucky by staying here! The kids' highlight of the trip was the animals at the Vrbo! They absolutely loved spending time visiting and watching the animals. We went to the ark, rail trail, and other places, but the kids begged to go back to the farm each time. This Vrbo was so great it makes me want to plan another trip to Kentucky! You won't be disappointed if you stay here!

Great for our Family Reunion!

I loved the Bunny greeting committee! Off to a great start. It was nice to find a listing that had 5 real bedrooms instead of sleeping in a common area. This house had everything that we could want and more. Having breakfast on the deck with beautiful sunrises & bunnies started each day off great. The family loved watching the cows, horses & goats. The guys (and sometimes gals) loved playing corn hole & pool late into the evenings. Very nice & comfy.

Beautiful and Peaceful

Gorgeous, comfortable and inviting! The house comfortably slept 13 people, 10 adults and 3 infants. The views are spectacular!

We loved it!!!

The house and property were amazing! Our group of 14 all slept comfortably. Everyone loved the various animals roamed the grounds. We enjoyed the deck and the games provided. If we are ever back in the area, it will be our first choice to stay again!

Very Well Stocked Home

Everything we needed was provided for in this home. Because most places are not stocked as well, we took a lot of spices and blenders, pans, etc that we didn't need. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for our group. The check-in process was very smooth. We appreciate the owners of this home for making everything so nice.

Family Ark Encounter Weekend

The property and house were both wonderful. The views of the Kentucky hills with horses grazing, rabbits, chickens, ducks and geese roaming added to the entire experience! Our host was extremely friendly to everyone in our group. A foal was born during our time there and he willingly shared the experience with us and put up with our constant checking on the other horses that were also ready to foal. Only suggestion to get the full experience of the property is to pack boots! It is also quite a drive to get to the store or restaurants which isn’t an issue if you plan on eating in. The kitchen was equipped with just about everything you could need.

Super Fun Place to Stay

The house was clean and stocked with anything needed for cooking. We traveled with a group of 8th grade boys and girls on a school trip to the Ark Experience. They thought of everything to have on hand at the house. The kids loved to fish at the pond, feed the horses and wander around the pastures. The view out of every window was amazing!! The host was very friendly and helped with any questions we had. We will defiantly stay here again on our next visit.

Amazing!!!

The puctures don't even do it justice! The views and all of the animals were so incredible. All of our kids had fun playing with the horses and thr bunnies. The rooms were great for each family and everyone got their own bathroom. The only thing i would mention is that thr ice in the fridge doesnt work. But the firepit oitaode and the lights were great while sitting on the couch outside and talking and laughing. We will definitely come back!!

Went for a trip to the Ark. House was awesome- it was the little things, like a coffee bar and soaps that made a difference. Loved it! Horses were a big plus for our trip along with the tame rabbits playing in the yard.

Our family of 10 had a fabulous stay. The children (ages 4-11) enjoyed the bunk room, games/toys and farm animals. The house was decorated like a Hallmark Christmas movie inside and out. Every detail to make a guest feel welcome was met.

Beautiful Cozy get a way

Really fantastic property. Lots of thought has gone into this one. Fully stocked kitchen. Comfortable areas. Great for families. Beautiful area with picturesque views. Very attentive owner who really helped us out with some extras. When we come back this way, we will be staying here!

Perfect little farm and experience!

Along with the beautiful home, with lovely decor there was a large deck, yard and live entertainment including bunnies, goats, and horses. Great for kids!

Beautiful Sunnyside Farm

Our family came to Kentucky to visit the nearby Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. This beautiful home was perfect for our family of 8. It was perfect for children with plenty of games, toys and books. The kitchen had any appliance one could want and we especially liked the hot chocolate! We all loved the fall theme decorations. The animals on the farm were a highlight of our trip! Our children loved seeing the rabbits and feeding the horses and goats. The sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking and showed us God's beauty up close! They inspired our children to name this house, Sunnyside Farm. Thank you to our host! We were blessed to stay here.
