The area where the apartment is located is incredible. It's one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Bogotá due to the preservation of its houses, which remain intact. A park and green trees are very close by, along with restaurants and cafes on Park Way. It's a very lovely area, with a nearby police station and universities. Additionally, public transportation is very close, making it easy to travel to the airport, the city center, or the Zona Rosa.

The bed comes with a comfortable double mattress, and the TV provides access to all Netflix movies and series. Additionally, the studio includes a desk with chairs for working and dining.
