This stunning, charming, luxury apartment is outfitted with every amenity and is located on the top floor (with an elevator) of a lovely 1930s Parisian building. The apartment is full of windows and flooded with natural light, with a quintessential Paris view overlooking the classic rooftops. It is a tranquil, peaceful oasis on one of Paris's most charming, beautiful streets. As of December 2023, EVERYTHING is completely newly renovated to perfection, with efficiency, comfort, and beauty prioritized during design.

Everything you could want is here and barely ever used: a brand new washer/dryer, AMAZING Siemens induction hob (boils water in like 30 seconds!), Siemens oven, large dishwasher, full fridge and freezer, Samsung THE FRAME smart TV (looks like a painting when off), large porcelain bathtub, beautiful rain shower, brand new Simba mattress (semi-firm), custom closets, heated towel rack, very fast and reliable wifi, even a Korg weighted keyboard for the musical guests! The kitchen is entirely outfitted and you will find everything you need to cook even the most gourmet of meals.

Furnishings come from a combination of local French antique markets, local shops and artisans, pieces I have collected over the years during my travels, and beautiful, handmade Scandinavian pieces. Decor is one of my passions, so you won't find cookie-cutter IKEA furniture here! It is truly luxury living in the heart of Paris's most charming, authentic neighborhood.

Located in the best part of Paris's 11th arr., this area is EXCEPTIONAL for foodies! You will also find a plethora of vintage clothing boutiques, designers and antiques.

You are a 2 minute walk from line 8 (which takes you to Republique, Strasbourg St. Denis, Gare du Nord...), a 4 minute walk from line 9 (Galleries La Fayette, Champs Élysées...) and 7 minute walk from line 1 (Hôtel de Ville, the Louvre...).

Down the street is #24 on the world's 50 best restaurants, Septime. Less than 10 minutes away is the iconic Aligre market for fresh produce, fish, cheese, and a daily flea market. A few doors down is Cyril Lignac, one of Paris's best patisseries.
