Great location

The apartment was easily accessible from the metro with plenty of grocery stores, shops and restaurants nearby. The host was very responsive although there was a miscommunication about check out times so be sure to double check that!

Great neighborhood, comfortable and convenient

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. This is our second time renting it. Everyone was very helpful as we got checked in. The building feels very safe. We enjoyed having a terrace although it was too cool to use it this time. The neighborhood is lovely.

Amazing location and people!

This is a wonderful space in a great location - very near the universities. The person who met us and showed us around was unbelievably helpful and kind. We had a very rough travel and were exhausted when we arrived, and it was so nice to find a friendly face. The balcony and hammock were wonderful, and the beds very comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed. We would 100% stay here again!

Great location

Very nice apartment. Our one concern was the lady who greeted us only spoke French and Portuguese which neither of us did so were not able to ask too many questions. Texting with property owner went fine.

Everything we needed

This was a sweet little studio flat, but spacious enough for our family of 3. Large bathroom afforded privacy for wardrobe. Separate toilet was clean and convenient. Never really figured out dryer, how to turn off d/w or what the sink looking apparatus next to shower was. Bed was comfortable. Bunk was not as comfortable. Close to multiple grocers and boullangeries, and 5 min walk to Les Gobelins for metro/bus. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Paris stay

Extremely small property - only suitable for two people not four. Wi-fi code very difficult to access if you don`t speak French. We were unable to use the tv & the lady in charge could not help us.

No air conditioning/must reserve parking

We were excited to stay at this small apartment in the 13th Arrondissement. But caveat emptor: the apartment is advertised with on site parking and air conditioning. When we arrived at the apartment we were told that we had to reserve a parking spot and had not done so. Nothing in the listing suggested this was necessary. More importantly there was no air conditioning and it was 90 degrees F. when we arrived. The host insisted that no air conditioning was in the listing. Au contraire, on the day of our arrival VRBO listed air conditioning as an amenity. We were so hot and miserable that we left before our stay was over and got a hotel room.

Great convenient location. Felt at home

This studio type apartment was perfect for my sister and I. Nice spacious balcony. Big deep bathtub in a fairly roomy bathroom. Toilet is conveniently in separate room as is often typical - readily available to whoever isn't showering. Building is well-maintained and manager often present in the lobby office. Has key fob entry to lobby. Elevator convenience. Washer-dryer combo machine very helpful. Like all combos of this type the key to the dryer is to only put in 2 heavier or 3 lighter pieces of clothing on the dry (séchage) cycle at a time to dry quickly and evenly. May also want to spin (essorage) again at high speed first if you happened to use gentle cycle. Hit "annulation" to cancel lavage (wash) , rinçage, essorage (spin) etc. until only pressing "séchage" to light up. Easy to dispose of garbage if you're staying a long time down in the garage area via elevator. Métro station and bus stop nearby. Multiple groceries and bakery in walking distance. Think unit is good for 2-3 adults. It would be difficult with 4 adults.

Schöne Tage in Paris

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und die Schlüsselübergabe hat perfekt funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und die Lage hat uns gut gefallen. In der Umgebung gibt es Supermärkte, Bäcker Restaurants etc.

Sehr schönes Apartment, gut ausgestattet in guter Lage

Wir haben das Apartment für drei Nächte und vier Personen während der olympischen Spiele gebucht. Es liegt im 5. Stock (mit Aufzug). Im Apartment waren ein Doppelbett und ein Stockbett vorhanden, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Esstisch mit vier Stühlen, Bad mit Badewanne, Föhn, separate Toilette, und alles, was man so braucht. Die Betten waren bei Ankunft bezogen und pro Person lag ein großes Handtuch bereit. Im Kühlschrank standen sogar ein paar Getränke für uns bereit. Alles war sauber und voll funktionsfähig. Wir hatten keinerlei Probleme. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr gut, wir haben viele Infos bekommen und die Schlüsselübergabe hat sehr gut geklappt (mit ein bisschen Hilfe vom Google Übersetzer). Alles wurde uns sehr gut erklärt und Fragen wurden immer sehr schnell und freundlich beantwortet. Die Lage des Apartments ist sehr gut, die nächste Metro-Station (Les Gobelins) ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Somit sind alle Punkte in Paris sehr gut erreichbar. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft sehr gut weiterempfehlen. Merci!

Perfect spot to unwind

The flat was exactly what we needed after a long day exploring the city. Surrounded by excellent food choices, without the touristy atmosphere. The terrace was enjoyable, the bed comfortable, and the host was continually in touch to ensure our stay was perfect. Highly recommend.

Perfect Place for Us

My spouse & really enjoyed our stay here. Maria, our host, was a gem and totally in communication as we may have needed before and during our stay She met us upon arrival and talked us through the appliances and miscellaneous. The flat is as pictured, perhaps a bit brighter than some photos indicate. Sliding glass door and window have automatic shutters. Maria has equipped the flat with all the necessities, and then some. Bed was comfy and tub roomy. Loads of hot water. Concierge on site was helpful. While the size was perfect for us two, I think any more adults in your party would make it tight fit. Neighborhood was wonderful. Not particularly touristy, with lots of good restaurants, bakeries and markets. Rue Mouftard is less than two blocks away.

Centraal en gezellig

Goeie plek om een paar dagen te verblijven. Gezellige buurt en mooi centraal gelegen. Heerlijk om met mooi weer uit te blazen op het zonnige terras. Verhuurster is service gericht en ontvangst was goed geregeld. Foto's kloppen met realiteit. Sanitair was schoon. Alles goed verzorgd!

Food glorious food

It was an easy process to gain entry to the property. The concierge let us in an showed us the apartment which well set out. There was no shortage of things in the fridge, a bottle of wine was in there, thank-you, and there were also other foodstuffs in the cupboard. The apartment is a short walk from Rue Mouffetard and it's many food shops and restaurants, a foodie paradise. There is a food shop Le Relais des Gourmets in Rue Berthollet which must be tried. The food in there is of a very high standard. Now, onto the excercise bike.

Tolle Lage, schöne Terrasse

Freundliche Farbgestaltung, ordentliches Bad, Alles da in der Küche. Gute Einweisung durch die Besitzerin. Gepflegtes Haus in angenehmen Umfeld. U-Bahn, Bus, Restaurants, Geschäfte in der Nähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Très belle location

Très belle location, agréable, terrasse très appréciable. Logement très bien équipé. Idéal pour deux en plein centre de Paris avec commerces, bus et métro juste à côté. L'annonce est tout à fait conforme à la réalité. L'accueil de Madame Desseaux est très chaleureux. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Merci beaucoup.

très beau séjour

Appartement très bien situé et au calme. Accueil très chaleureux et sympathique de la propriétaire. A noter que les lits sont tous dans la même pièce : le salon. Au cause de la pluie nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu profiter de la très belle terrasse.

Wonderful Stay!

We enjoyed our stay in this cute apartment very much. It was clean and very well stocked. Maria was very good to us and very helpful with anything we needed. The balcony is amazing and we spent a lot of time out there. Everything you might need for cooking is there. There are plenty of restaurants in the area. The market is just across the street and the bakeries are divine. You are within minutes of all the Paris attractions by bus or metro subway. The location is perfect and a very safe, quiet area. We made beautiful memories there. ❤️

OLD TIRED AND CLUTTERED

Within easy walking distance of just about anything if you enjoy wallking and I enjoy walking. Close to subway, RER and buses. The apartment is pleasant, has a lovely balcony but way too cluttered w/many personal items. Eventually folded up one of many small carpets, stored it in bottom of closest as it was very slippery, almost fell on several occasions. Otherwise, the apartment was quite convenient.
