SEAZ THE DAYZ! POOL DECK AND BEACH ACCESS OPEN! This oceanfront studio offers 1 Queen bed and fold out futon. Sleeps 3-4. Fireplace for warmth or ambiance and fully functional kitchen! Cold AC, ceiling fan and box fan for those hot Florida days! Adult pool and kiddie pool! Walking distance to the boardwalk, shopping, restaurants, bars, etc. At the corner of Int'l Speedway and A1A for you Nascar Enthusiasts! There are kid innertubes and sand toys for their enjoyment. We would be honored to host your next vacation and be part of your memories being made!
Our unit is on the 4th floor with amazing views of the ocean. We have a private balcony. There is a beautiful oceanfront pool and kiddie pool. Laundry facilities are on the 1st floor. We also have free parking with a parking pass provided. 65" Roku TV with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, HULU, ESPN, Disney, etc. You just need your login info. Our complex is in the finishing stages of renovations. Renovations may still be going on in other units. Please know it is possible to hear some noise during the day.

We are Desmond and Michelle. We love all things outdoors. Desmond is a car junkie and I am a sports junkie. We love Daytona Beach! We have been many places, but we started coming to Daytona Beach the year we got married and fell in love with the laid back vibe. So, we decided to purchase a condo and give other people a chance to make memories like we have. We hope you enjoy your stay!
