Consider this house your home away from home while you visit Cortez. This pleasant and quiet property offers 3 bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed with additional sleeping available with a fold-out couch in the living room. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities. You can lounge around and enjoy the heating or AC and take advantage of the WiFi with guest log-in provided for Hulu and Disney+. You will also find a outdoor trampoline in the back yard for any extra energy the family has after a day away. This beautiful house has everything to make your stay enjoyable. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

Nice place in a Quiet area

We really enjoyed our stay here. The host was very good at communicating with us about our stay and giving us the information we needed. The house was cute, the beds comfortable and it was furnished with everything we needed.

Overall an enjoyable stay. The bed was very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. Plenty of towels and supplies were on hand and easily accessible. The house does need a few minor repairs, but no show stoppers.

Cortez Stay

It was a nice, clean comfortable place to stay. Had everything we needed. The outside wasn’t as nice because they were installing a new fence, and the yard wasn’t kept up, but we were only there in the evening and by that time the workers were almost finished. Check in was easy, communications from David were friendly and easy to understand and follow.

Very comfortable stay

This was a great property for our trip to Mesa Verde and Durango/Silverton train ride. Very comfortable beds, had everything we needed, even water bottles for us in the fridge. Thank you for a great stay.

Cute little place, great for our daughter in wheelchair.

Open area and wide hallways was nice for the wheelchair. We did carry her into the home as well since there are stairs to the entrance. Couldn’t fit it in the rest room but she is small enough we could carry her to the commode easily enough. Very clean other than the air filters, it was a little dusty and that’s the only reason I looked at the air filters. I sneeze an awful lot with dust. The front yard was cute and grassy and had pretty roses but the back was very overgrown and so we didn’t do anything out back. Owner was very responsive, helpful, accommodating and easy to communicate with. Pretty close to all stores in the area. Had everything we needed to cook and eat from home saving us money on eating out. I would stay again!

The house was perfect! It was clean and spacious. It is close to Mesa Verde National Park and a great place to stay after a day of exploring the cliff dwellings. The host was very helpful and even texted to let us know we could see the Northern Lights if we looked to the northeast!
