Decent place to home base in the Cortez area. House is a little dated. Had 2 adult couples and only used it to sleep and to shower as we were at Mesa Verde most of the time.

Great little house provided the perfect amount of space for us four travelers. Conveniently located and on a peaceful street. Checkin/checkout instructions were clear. A pleasant experience all around.

This home was a really great find! It was clean, spacious, had a well stocked kitchen and 2 bathrooms! We also really appreciated being able to do our laundry, as we’d been on a month-long road trip and needed to catch up. The host was helpful and responsive. We would recommend this home to other travelers.

David our host was excellent, good communication and the house was in very good shape. It was close to the 4 corners were we were heading to.and it was a very quiet neighborhood.

This just matched up so perfectly with our family's trip. David's place is in a exceptional location, a bit removed from town on a quiet street, yet still close to downtown Cortez with all the stores and restaurants. Our main purpose was to visit Mesa Verde and from our perspective, the house is very close to the entrance. Everyone loved their bedrooms and enjoyed hanging around at the kitchen table every morning sipping coffee. The washer and dryer got a work out as we had been on the road for a few days. They worked wonderfully! Check in and out instructions were short and very clear, all of which was very helpful. This house was a great place to stay and would love to stay again if we are in the area!

Great home that was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, the beds were amazing, and we enjoyed the games. We loved the quiet neighborhood and all the fun things to do around Cortez. This property will be our first choice next time we visit again!
