One of the few homes with a full 100' of waterfront with concrete dock that includes power for your watercraft, deep water ocean access and no covered bridges - perfect for Yachtsmen & Boaters!
Heated Waterfall Pool, overlooking the canal, includes both shade and full sun spaces with multiple seating areas for relaxing, dining and entertaining. Features a brand new outdoor grill and cooking area as well. Plus the east/west orientation of this home allows for views of both the amazing eastern sunrise AND beautiful sunset in the west.
