Pacific Paradise -Oceanfront private path to the beach, Dog friendly

Come enjoy the breathtaking view from the second and third story balconies. You can experience amazing sunsets, and watch the eagles on their nearby perch. No fighting over beds as each of the three bedrooms has a king size bed. The kitchen will be the gathering place for all. Sip your favorite beverage while preparing family meals together at the kitchen island. The living room and kitchen are open concept and conversations can be shared with all.The kitchen is equipped with all you will need to bake, or cook those secret recipes. There is a private trail to the beach, beach chairs, kites, and sand toys to take with you. There are a couple of bikes, small wading pool and yard games stored in the garage. This will become a family favorite, and you will want to return again and again.

The main floor is on the second level, three levels w/two sets of stairs.

This is a dog friendly house with bowls, bed, and doggie towels. Please clean up after you dog.

NO fireworks, fires or firearms allowed on the property. This property is surrounded by dune grass. You may have a fire or do fireworks on the beach but at least 100 feet from the dune grass.
