The main level features an open-concept living space with comfortable seating and a 65” Smart TV, offering direct access to the screened pool and BBQ area. The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes high-end appliances, a dining table, and a breakfast bar — perfect for family meals. This floor also includes a King master suite, a laundry room, and a half bathroom.
