Nice in Naples

Some of the linens were horribly pilled and old. It was a decent place to stay and the location was very good.

Wonderful!!!

This was out 5th time staying at Park Shore. Condo #153 was well appointed and has a great view of from the lanai. Tammy was very attentive and responsive to our needs and questions. The resort is in a fantastic location within walking distance to groceries, restaurants and shopping. I HIGHLY recommend it. I'm already looking forward to our annual trip next year. Thank you, Tammy!

Needs updating.

The shower in the master bedroom needs to be fixed. Half water comes from shower head other from faucet. This condo could uses a little more dishes and more silverware So you don’t have to run dishwasher so often. The cushion on the lanai need to be replaced.

Park Shore Review

This condo is in a great location. The condo itself is on the first floor and gets the afternoon sun which is great for the lanai--which I spent a lot of time out there reading and listening to the fountain which was just outside the unit. There was a little too much furniture on the lanai. The wine glasses need to be updated. There are only two and they are small, with a thick rim. I can't say enough good things about the manager, Tammy. While I did have a few issues, Tammy took care of the immediately. She was great! I would consider renting here again.

Perfect condo

We enjoyed our stay in a cute 2 bedroom condo, 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen and living room. Amenities were perfect, including the pool and restaurant at the resort. The location was great, and the neighborhood is beautiful for a morning walk. You are within walking distance to Publix, Walgreens, restaurants and a mile to the beach.

Great Location!

This was our first trip to Naples and we loved staying in #153! The location was just perfect. There was ample storage in all rooms and very comfy master bed! The lanai was so relaxing and such an added bonus. We loved not having to worry about beach gear because everything was there for us to use. We fell in love with Naples and can’t wait to come and stay here again!

Park Shore #153

Nice location - short walk to Yard House, Felipe's, Cafe Creme de la Creme, Fresh Market, Duck Donuts, Publix, Walgreens, Vegan Kitchen and more. We rented bikes from Big Momma's Bikes which were great! Biked a total of 60 miles during 5 days to see Naples. Facility was very clean.

Perfect Stay

My family and I completely enjoyed our five days in #153. The space was immaculately clean. The bathrooms and kitchen are not new, but they are very well maintained. Everything felt nice and comfortable. The night we got in we ordered from the on site restaurant, Hogfish Harry’s. I had a drink at the bar while waiting for our order. It’s a very cute restaurant, with a friendly staff. It was so nice to be able to enjoy a good dinner in our own space after a long day of travel. There a fenced “lagoon” with ducks and turtles in the center of the property. There are foot bridges over it to take you to a beautiful pool, hot tub and the restaurant. Not crazy crowded considering it was Thanksgiving week. We’ll definitely be back.

Great location

As others have stated the property is a bit dated, but the unit we had was very clean and served our vacation well. The grounds are lush and clean. The pool was great for the kids. Hogfish Harry’s was great for a couple meals and pool side drinks. The location to local beaches, food, and activities was great as well

Location perfection!

Condo was great, well stocked, facility is beautiful. Location just perfect for beach, biking, walking, shopping and restaurants. We will be back!

Indoor evaluation

The condo needs to have the carpet removed. It was dirty and many cigarette burns. There was a leak in the hall closet. We told manager and rental agent but NOTHING was done.

A good experience

The resort itself is aging which has one great advantage: the plants, the trees and the flowers are simply remarkable! The manager, Tammy, is not only available but answers messages quickly and if anything needs fixing, it is done quickly and efficiently. The place is remarkably quiet at night and people, guests and staff, are friendly. A special benefit: everything (except the beach) is within walking distance. Publix and half a dozen eating places. Especially recommended: Big Fish and the Cibao Grille. A very pleasant stay. We have already made reservations for next year.

Nice retreat

The condo was very clean, well equipped and updated. We loved the pool and the Gypsy Island restaurant was great for both dinner and poolside lunches. The outside of the entire complex could use a paint job to freshen things up but that is my only criticism. Very nice place to stay.

Excellent location

Older resort but very well kept , grounds are gorgeous, pool nice size , heater broke but the water being a bit cooler did not bother me , on a hot day still refreshing..onsite restaurant.,had one dinner which was fantastic..tennis courts which we used were in good shape, and you can't beat the location, would definitely come back
