Oakwood Shores is on a sleepy street called Oakwood Avenue. Short walk to a convenient Mart, neighborhood playground, and public boat launch. Also, just 100 yards from a 7.3 mile trail called the Spirit Trail, which will take you completely around the lake

The grassy property that sits on the lake behind the home is shared with 3 other homes.
