New rules (2026) from the HOA. The guests will not be permitted to use any of the common areas, marinas(no swimming), basketball, and tennis courts.
This property provides linens only. You must bring boat/bath towels and all toiletries. Absolutely, no use of the golf cart in the garage. Sorry!!
All trash must be removed from the premises and taken to a refuse center. This would result in a large fee of 250.00 if it is left behind.

This is a great house to spend time with family and friends. Close to the lake but quiet and comfortable. Everything is beautiful and well thought out. If you have any questions, messages are returned very quickly. We were very impressed with every part of this rental. We will absolutely go back

The house was very comfortable, clean, and tidy. Although a heavy storm caused a power outage on our first night, which meant we couldn’t enjoy the entertainment facilities, the host was extremely responsive and helpful in making up for the inconvenience. Once the power was restored, we were able to fully relax and enjoy our vacation. We had a wonderful stay here and will definitely come back again!

I have been coming to Lake Anna since the late 80's. It has grown tremendously, but it is a wonderful place to relax and have a lot of fun. I built this house in 2005 and use it every minute it is not being enjoyed by my guests. Do what I do. RELAX and have FUN!!!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

I choose this neighborhood because my mother owned a home in here. The HOA does a great job keeping it up to date and clean, however, this is the first year they have changed the rules for short term renters. They prohibit use of basketball court, tennis and use of the docks. I had to put this in.

この宿泊施設の特徴

This home is very cozy and large enough to host two families or just friends. It has 2 full kitchens equipped with everything you should need in both. The kids should enjoy the arcade games and dad would probably prefer the golf game. Lol.
