Drive, walk or golf cart right to our private dock! Convenient waterside parking marked by a blue sign makes transporting coolers and water gear effortless. Perfect for guests with limited mobility. Local golf cart rentals available with delivery through Smith Mountain Lake Golf Carts.

Private dock with boat/jet ski parking on 2 floating docks
Spacious upper lot: 4+ vehicles/trailers with paved walkway to front door
Lower gravel lot: 4+ vehicles/trailers parking with direct lower-level access(one small step inside)

Note: Garage, dock house, and boat lift not available for guest use.
