This amazing property features 4 comfortable bedrooms, including the primary bedroom with a king bed, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and a bedroom with a full/twin bunk bed and trundle bed, and 3 luxurious bathrooms with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The backyard seamlessly transitions into an extraordinary golf course view. You will have everything you need in this spacious and well-appointed 1855 square foot home. The back deck offers a relaxing outdoor space for hanging out, grilling or watching golfers play the 6th hole. Mariners Landing Resort has something for everyone in the family to enjoy. As our guest, you will have included access to enjoy all of the amenities of Mariners Landing during your stay! Access to Mariners Landing amenities (except golf - greens fees and cart rental will be paid to resort directly) is complementary and available to our guests without any additional fees. Golfers will delight in the semi-private 18 hole championship course and driving range. As our guest, you will receive a discount on your green fees. Water enthusiasts will look forward to enjoying the sandy beaches, fishing piers, and spectacular indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. The outdoor pools are seasonal but the indoor pool and hot tub are open year for your enjoyment. If you want to stay active on your vacation, the fitness center, basketball courts, volleyball, pickleball and tennis courts are just across the street for your enjoyment.

Boaters can bring their own boats and make use of trailer parking and dock facilities. There are additional fees for these services paid directly to Mariners Landing -$50 for first day, then $25 for each additional day.

Delicious food awaits you at Mariners Landing during your stay with two restaurants located on the resort property. Tiff's Restaurant offers incredible lake views and a menu featuring modern American cuisine and locally sourced ingredients. Bruno's Clubhouse Bistro is a delicious and convenient place to enjoy any meal or to grab a drink. Mariners Marketplace is your convenient one stop shop for all of your lake needs including Starbucks coffee and grab-and-go food choices. DG Mart is located just outside the resort for groceries and other staples.

The scenic location and incredible amenities will ensure you have an amazing vacation. The bright, open floor plan gives a spacious and airy feel to the entire house that encourages spending time together. The house has two large smart TVs - one Frame TV downstairs in the living room and the other upstairs in the primary bedroom. The updated kitchen is well-stocked and has all of the kitchen tools and gadgets that you need to easily cook meals during your stay. Eat at the kitchen island or in the adjacent open dining area. The living room has a roomy sectional with plenty of seating space for the entire family. We have sports equipment for pickleball, tennis, basketball, volleyball and other games, as well as a wide variety of board games and cornhole boards available for use by our guests during your stay!
