Welcome to your perfect Panama City Beach getaway. This newly renovated studio (Unit #1006) offers a spacious open layout with a Full Kitchen, King Bed, and Queen Sleeper Sofa, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. Ideal for solo travelers, couples, or a small family looking for a fun-filled vacation.

Located in the heart of Panama City Beach, just steps from Pineapple Willy's and across from Walmart, our studio is centrally positioned for exploring. Pier Park is a quick 10-minute drive away, and the airport is only 30 minutes by car.

Enjoy breathtaking views from your private balcony overlooking the Gulf and LaGoon Pool. Inside, amenities include a Smart TV, Washer/Dryer, Free WiFi, and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with everything from pots and pans to a margaritaville blender and coffee maker.

As part of the Shores of Panama resort, you'll have access to exceptional amenities, including a 13,000 sf Beachside Pool Deck with a 14,000 sf Lagoon Pool, a hot tub, Tiki Bar, a poolside restaurant, and direct beach access.

Please note, there's a minimum age requirement of 21 to book, and a one-time resort fee of $75 is charged upon arrival, covering resort wristbands and your parking decal.

Best Week to Relax!

We had a great time staying at this property! It exceeded our expectations and was very clean and comfortable. The host was great, and communicated with us while work was being done by management right outside the room. Overall a wonderful stay, perfect for anyone looking to relax at the beach!

This condo is awesome! Everything was so nice and wonderfully decorated. It felt like home, and we would definitely come back to stay if we choose PCB to vacation at again. The reserved parking spot close to the door on the same floor as the room made unloading and loading so easy. Beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards were a nice bonus! We had everything we needed in the kitchen, and the provided shampoo and conditioner was so considerate. This was by far the nicest condo we have stayed at. I love that you didn’t just use cheap stuff in your place. Thank you for being such a great host and giving us needed info about the pool. We had a wonderful week!

Check in was easy after doing process on phone. I was given plenty of directions from host about where to proceed to receive bands and parking pass. Accessing the room was convenient being the parking space is close to entrance and room was a short distance away. The room looked exactly how it looked in the pictures. We were provided with everything needed such as paper towels, tissue, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher tabs, and washing pods. Dishes are provided. Air conditioner was cool and the ceiling fan was a bonus. Great view of courtyard and ocean from balcony. The hosts were very responsive with any questions I had. Building seems to be well maintained. Pineapple Willy’s is right next door. Close proximity to Walmart, Circle k, and Waffle House, and surf shops for last minute items.

The room was real nice and clean. Had a great view of the beach and pool area. The parking was very convenient. Parking deck was on the 10th floor and the room was on the 10th floor so it was easy to come and go. Our stay was great and it fit a family of 4 comfortably. Only problem we had was checking in was a little chaotic but I read reviews so it was expected. Keep up with the wrist bands because there is a charge if you lose one. The host was great and they even left us a gift to thank us for the stay. We will definitely book again in the future.

Exceptional condo w/ amenities galore (everything was provided) & super close designated parking that easily fit my large 4WD SUV. The ocean view from bed was amazing & quite rare to find in this resort. The condo was very clean, well maintained, a lot of attention to detail, better in person than in pics, elegant yet comfy, open but cozy, neurodivergent friendly space (muted colors, ambient bathroom mirror lighting, labeled remotes for everything, blackout curtains, bathroom just inside the door to clean up/avoid tracking stuff into the living space), and exceptional communication & support from the host, Brandon. I had zero issues with my stay. He communicated timely when the pool was closed for a short while for necessary maintenance, which allowed me to plan for a beach day instead. He made sure I knew he was available should I need anything. I truly felt like a welcomed guest in his home. Everything was perfect. I will literally plan my vacations around the availability of THIS condo going forward. I was THAT impressed with everything from Brandon’s guest service skills to the perfect accommodations for up to 4 people, to the amenities provided, to the Coop pillows (I asked as they were so comfy). Like with all resorts, set your expectations accordingly at peak times for elevators going down. There are bathrooms everywhere near the pool to prevent needing to go back to the condo. Pack what you need for the day & head down before 10:00 am. You won’t regret it.
