The Space:

"STUDIO" 1 Bath, with Kitchen 2 Queen beds Sleeps 4 total



Welcome to Unit 613 at Top of the Gulf! This 6th-floor unit accommodates up to 4 people and offers a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you need to prepare family meals. The unit features 2 queen beds for your comfort.  Perfect for small budget-friendly groups.  On-site, you'll find a fitness center on the 3rd floor, a game room on the 6th floor, shuffleboard, and an internet lounge on the 1st floor. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available on every other floor (2nd, 4th, 6th, & 8th). The large pool and kiddie pool are just steps away from the beach, offering breathtaking views of the Gulf.

Located on South Thomas Drive, the complex is conveniently close to PCB's best dining, signature golf courses, deep-sea fishing, nightclubs, water and amusement parks, miniature golf, and gift shops. Major grocery stores and retailers are within a 5-10 minute drive.

Experience the best of Panama City Beach from this perfectly located property right next to Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge! Walk to live music, nightlife, restaurants, and nearby beach attractions. Ideal for couples, friends, and vacation groups looking for fun and convenience.

THIS PROPERTY IS 21 years old AND OLDER.



The unit accommodates up to 4 guests maximum(including children and infants of all ages) per PCB Ordinance 1632. Having more guests than the maximum of 4 allowed by law could result in a fine starting at $500 and ejection- NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED.



ALL GUESTS will have to register at the HOA office upon arrival to receive their parking pass. It is located on the first floor to your left as you walk in.  The cost is $30, and they accept credit cards and cash (no debit cards).

This studio was great. Very clean and pretty. The beds were comfortable. My only complaint is there is no balcony. I didn’t pay attention to that before booking. It was pretty far away from Pier Park but very close to St. Andrew’s.

The room was very clean and was stocked with the things we needed to get started. The host was very prompt on addressing any questions we had and was a pleasure to communicate with. While there is no balcony, which we already knew, the ocean view was exactly as shown in pictures and was gorgeous. The place was very family friendly and we always felt safe and welcomed by everyone at the condo. It was an amazing stay and we would definitely stay there again!
