Welcoming Boca Sunny Side condo with relaxing costal style with 2 inviting bedrooms. The bedrooms are wonderfully furnished with a queen bed and a twin bed, ensuring a terrific night's sleep for all guests. The property also features 2 bathrooms, complete with hair dryers, showers, and even a bathtub for a soothing soak. In addition, there is a cool living room with a cozy sofa bed, providing an extra space to unwind. Other cool amenities include a washing machine, heating, WiFi, and AC. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Rotonda West and our apartment has to offer. The kitchen was adequately equipped the place was very clean! The pool was warm and enjoyable! The best part was the location to get to Boca Grande. Thank you we will come again.

We had a good time staying at this property. Quiet, good location, grounds and pool very well kept up. Our unit was spacious and well maintained. Easy check in, and quick responses to any questions from the host. Wished we had a few more cooking supplies/ pots and pans, but other than that happy to recommend to guests.

The space was great. We loved the screened in patio out back! Pool was heated and clean. Quiet neighborhood. No traffic. Close to Boca Grande and Englewood Beach. Everything was fabulous. Highly recommend.

My wife and I stayed there for 2 nights. It was nicely decorated and everything was clean and taken care of. We had a couple of minor issues but the host was very quick to respond and resolve the issues promptly. Overall the stay was pleasant and we’ll definitely consider staying there again.

Even though the weather was cooler than normal we enjoyed the weather and walked each day. Played golf some just enjoyed the peace and quiet.
