Nestled in the heart of nature, this wonderful property offers a comfortable queen bed in the bedroom, ensuring a restful night's sleep. With heating and AC, you'll be comfortable no matter the season. The bathroom features a refreshing shower. Outdoor grilling and dining on the wrap-a-round porch and observing wildlife. Fire pit with firewood provided. Outdoor games available. Summertime pool for adult guests only. Don’t feel like cooking? For additional charges we can cook and deliver a meal to your cabin. Menu changes based on time of year and garden production. Lots of trails to walk on the property. Close to ATV trails, bluegrass music and shopping in Mountain View, trout fishing on the White River, Blanchard Springs Caverns, and Greers Ferry Lake. We hope you enjoy what our place has to offer.

Our stay was great! Regina went above and beyond when I asked for suggestions on where to ride our UTV. The cabin was clean, private and so cute. We got to see their donkeys every day and deer! Would definitely stay again. Perfect weekend getaway!

Wonderful environment and such kind hosts! The donkey was great and the hosts brought out their tractor so we could take pics of our grandson on it. Beautiful scenery and cute little home.

We loved our stay! The fall foliage was on point. Our hosts were amazing and gave great insight for local trails and things going on in the area. I loved it so much, I want some property here. The cabin was nice and accommodating. The donkeys were a huge plus, so cute and we fed them fruit. Perfect fall getaway with my husband.

Very nice little cabin. Very relaxing grilling on campfire then dining outside on picnic tables. Host was very kind and tried to make sure we had everything we needed.

My husband and I wanted a weekend away from everything and this place delivered! Our hostess was extremely nice and made sure we were taken care of! Highly recommend if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle, we even had a couple of donkeys visiting with us when we were outside! Loved everything!

Clean, Quiet, and Comfortable

We were passing through the area on a road trip and after reading a lot of bad reviews of the area motels decided to go with a Vrbo rental for the night. The owner was very communicative and friendly. The directions provided were clear and everything was easy and convenient. The cabin was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We were able to get a good night's sleep, and the peaceful setting was wonderful for some early morning, outdoor qigong.

Fawn Meadows peaceful stay

We came for my dad's birthday and found a quiet little cabin that feels like home with peaceful walks on the trails seeing and hearing wildlife , woodpecker and turkey the donkey was a joy to visit with too very clean the host was very helpful we took advantage of the fire pit and free wood for a nice fire at night highly
