The Space:
This unique layout is over two floors, where the kitchen is located on the main level as you enter your suite. The two bedrooms, living room, and bathroom are located on the lower level.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, and microwave, making it perfect for all your cooking needs. You’ll find everything from pots and pans to cutlery and glassware, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals. Complimentary coffee and coffee maker provided. Complimentary dish soap and paper towel.

LIVING ROOM: Comfortable couch and love seat and a nice sized Smart TV that can connect to your favorite apps such as Netflix, Prime, and YouTube. (Must sign into your own accounts)

BEDROOMS: Both bedrooms are designed with comfort in mind, featuring queen beds and linens that invite a restful night’s sleep. Both bedrooms are located on the lower level and have closet space and hangers.

BATHROOM: Clean, well-maintained, and professionally sanitized before your arrival. The 3 piece bathroom is located on the lower level. Fresh towels and essential toiletries, including hand soap, and toilet paper are provided.

LAUNDRY: Washer and dryer located on the lower level and free for your use during your stay. Laundry soap provided.

PARKING: Only street parking is available during your stay. Street parking at the front of the property.

Guest Access:
Your private entrance is at the back of the property. You walk along the right side of the property along the driveway, where you meet up with the paved path that takes you to your private entrance around the back of the property.

You have full access to your private suite.

There are no common spaces that you share with the upper suite.

The Neighborhood:
Location is in Country Side South which is a family neighborhood with lots of playgrounds.

Close to Tim Hortons, Dairy Queen, and Shoppers Drug Mart.

Other Things to Note:
COMPLEMENTARY AMENITIES: We provide a starter pack of essentials, including coffee, salt/pepper, sugar, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap and other basic essentials to get you started. This covers most stays, but longer stays may require additional supplies, which will be the guest's responsibility to restock.

PARTIES/SOCIAL EVENTS: In accordance with Airbnb's policy, we impose a strict ban on all kinds of mass gatherings, parties, and this location is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the house or within 15 feet of any exterior door. Violators caught will be fined as much as $500.

CHECK-IN TIME: 3:00 p.m.

DOOR LOCK: Lock box on door. A code will be sent 1 hour prior to check-in time.

CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 a.m. (Late check-out requests must be submitted 24-hours before check-out time and may be subject to additional fees)

PETS: Pet free home. Sorry, not pets allowed at this location. There will be a fine of $500.00 for any pets found to be staying at this property. The fee will cover the costs for professional cleaning of any fabric surfaces and carpets.
