The cabin was nice and clean, but the accessibility was an issue. The cabin is located on a hill. You have to park your car at the top of the hill and then walk down to the cabin. This probably would not be an issue in the summer, but in the winter when there is snow, this is definitely an issue. My husband had recently had surgery. When we got there, it was dark. There was absolutely no light until you get to the cabin where there are sensor lights but by then you've already had to go basically in pure darkness to the cabin, over very slippery ice, and even with snow boots on, we both almost fell several times. In fact, in order to NOT fall, my husband ended up pulling a muscle in his calve. There was nothing in the ad about it being this way, or that there was no path to get to the cabin to warn elderly folks, or those with physical limitations. You can see that they tried to MAKE a path but it did nothing to as it was sleak and icy and dangerous. So we had to navigate, in the dark, with all of our things, up and down this unsave path. Then when we get in with our $50.00 of wood we just bought, we see that the fireplace is out of order, which really put a damper on our "romantic ambiance". Luckily, the heater did work well and kept the place warm. The pictures of the place online had different furniture than the place actually had. The TV had like four remotes with no instructions which took us a while to figure out. There were very limited cooking tools.
