This quaint cabin is centrally located and close to the lake, making it the perfect Big Bear getaway. Nestled in the beautiful Eagle Point neighborhood, nearby Ski Beach Park, the Village, grocery stores and more. Just a short drive to the ski resorts, golf course, Alpine Zoo, Snow Play and more. A bright and lovely cabin perfect for couples!

LIVING SPACE - Cozy 600+ sq ft home with new wood flooring throughout the cabin, living room, TV, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful brick wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1 bath. First bedroom has a queen bed. Second bedroom has a double bed, twin bed and TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Board games and card games. Relax near the cozy brick wood burning fireplace.

OUTDOORS - Patio furniture and gas barbecue. Enjoy the spacious back deck with peek-a-boo views of the lake.

Exactly what we were looking for! A clean reasonably priced cabin located close to the lake and shopping. Property had a great deck and fun cabin feel. Will rent again.

The house furniture was old and tired. The furniture on the deck was broken or in such bad shape you wouldn't dare sit on it. The screen door was broken and had to be repaired when we got there. After the repair there was a gap of about three quarters of an inch above and below the door so we couldn't leave the main door open in the evening due to mosquitoes. The television was next to useless unless you wanted to watch a movie on Roku. No network channels except news. There were about ten coffee cups and at least six were cracked. The ceramic plates were chipped. We were given only three forks and three soup spoons. There was no place to put groceries except on top of the fridge or on the bar making it unusable. The kitchen floor was filthy when we got there. There was only one lamp in the living room and the lamp in the bedroom didn't work. The bed was about four feet tall making getting into it difficult. For the money paid this place was a huge disappointment and I wonder just how much Cool Cabins vet their properties.

Not Senior friendly

I do have to say it was a clean house, The Master bed was so high I needed a step ladder. The box spring should be cut in half to make the bed a normal size. They should have had a shower instead of a tub so it would be easy to get in and out of and would make more room in the bathroom. The chairs in the back patio were falling apart. I would use steal chairs and you can change the cushions as needed.

Exactly what we needed in a cabin

This unit was exactly what we were looking for: a quiet, well-furnished cabin conveniently close to the town and snow activities. The utilities and heaters worked well, and we were comfortable with the provided amenities. There were a few imperfections (broken kitchen trash can lid and some poorly washed dishes, for instance) but nothing significant enough to negatively impact our stay.

Finch Nest for a perfect stay

This property is ideally situated for the slopes, the lake and town. Great in the snow as slope next to it which is great for sledging. Cute cabin, cozy and comfortable!

Great little cabin

We had a very nice time. The space was clean and simple. It was so clean as to feel a little impersonal and spartan, but such is to be expected with rental properties. We were confused when we showed up to the house and were then directed back to the main office for access but that could be cleared up with some additional messaging. The fireplace was magical.

Very dated property

Property seemed to be clean, however it seems like it was remodeled 30 years from the clearance rack of Home Depot and Goodwill. It was a place to sleep, but was definitely no frills.
