Perfect family gathering place

This home was just what our family needed as we were in town for a funeral. Having everyone under the same roof made it a little easier, and this house truly had everything we needed and more.

Stayed here for homecoming weekend with friends, and it was perfect for our needs. The kitchen had loads of plates, cups, and anything else you’d need for cooking for a large group. Beds were comfy and we appreciated the abundance of towels and other toiletries.

Great house and great space, we came out for a funeral and this was a wonderful place to be able to be.The backyard is amazing as well as the extra space in the basement. This was close to everything we needed and was jusr what we needed

Peaceful and Spacious

This home was the right size for our three generations of family. The kids enjoyed sitting on the bar stools in the kitchen while the adults ate at the large dining room table. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and listening to the waterfall.

My family stayed here over a very hot weekend in July and really enjoyed ourselves. Lots of room and very clean. The kids particularly enjoyed the cement pad with bb hoop and room to play. The host was able to replace a faulty smoke detector after repeated messages, but before bedtime. We really enjoyed the space.

I'm sorry about the faulty smoke detector and that you needed to reach out more than once. Travel made it tricky to respond as quickly as we would have preferred. I'm glad we could have it handled before bedtime, though. I'm so glad you enjoyed the house!

Great space for a big family

We came to aim for Iowa State‘s spring graduation. Our group of 10 ranged from 21 to 78 years old. We had plenty of space and a great kitchen that made it easy to prepare a graduation brunch for close to 20 people. Jill was very easy to work with, and the backyard is fantastic.
