Nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and backing up to a peaceful park and large deck, it’s a serene space where lasting memories are made.
Inside, enjoy open-concept living with seamless flow between the kitchen, dining area, and game room—perfect for conversation and connection. Whether you're sharing meals, playing games, or simply relaxing, there’s room for everyone to unwind.
The home includes 1 king bed, 4 queen beds, and 2 twin beds to accommodate a variety of group needs. With 3 full bathrooms, there’s no stress over sharing space. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, central heating and AC, a washer/dryer, family games, and kid-friendly extras to keep everyone comfortable.

We chose this neighborhood because of its peaceful setting and unbeatable location. Being tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac gives the home a private, relaxed feel, but you’re still minutes from everything Ames has to offer. The adjacent park and walking trails add so much charm—it’s the kind of place where kids can play safely, you can enjoy your morning coffee with a serene view, and still be close to the university, shops, and restaurants.
