This spacious duplex offers comfortable accommodations with modern amenities. It features two bedrooms: the master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, an attached bathroom, a TV, and a walk-in closet for convenience. The secondary bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed and an additional single bed, ideal for families or larger groups.

The living room is designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring games, a cozy fireplace, and a lounge sofa. Adjacent to the living area is a well-equipped kitchen complete with an airfryer, toaster oven, conventional oven, electric stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, and a full set of cookware, dishware, and utensils.

For dining, there's a spacious dining area that comfortably seats six people.

Outside, the back patio offers a relaxing retreat with a deck featuring a BBQ grill, a dining area for six, two lounge chairs, and a small grassy yard, perfect for outdoor activities.

Additional amenities include a powder room/half bath in the hallway for added convenience, a laundry space with washer, dryer, and detergent provided, and smart TVs throughout the house connected to WiFi.

Security is ensured with cameras positioned at the front door and facing the parking area. The duplex includes a double driveway with space for three cars, supplemented by street parking available for two more cars.

Cozy Home away from Home

Our stay was fantastic! The home was beautifully decorated for fall, which made it feel warm and welcoming. The location couldn't be more convenient—less than a mile from the Dallas Cowboys stadium, making it an easy and enjoyable walk. The house was incredibly clean, and it came furnished with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. From the cozy atmosphere to the thoughtful touches throughout, it truly felt like a home away from home. We can’t wait to return!

Super clean!

House was VERY clean and comfortable. Our dogs enjoyed the totally fenced back yard. There are several interesting non-chain restaurants just down the street a few blocks.

Home away from home

Very cozy. It was the little things that made this my place to stay in the dallas area. My new family is from dallas. So this is the best vrbo for us. My dogs loved the back yard as well.

Hidden Gem in Arlington

Let me tell you about my weekend! Hosts were amazing and we were able to have a stress free weekend! Property was very easy to find and clear instructions given on how to access everything. The entire location is just too cute, they did an awesome job on the decor! Not only does it look cute but it's REALLY comfy! When we arrived the unit smelt amazing and was already cooled down (If you live in TX you know how this is). Any questions/concerns we had were quickly answered even late at night! Will definitely be staying again!

Wonderful property near Globe Life Field

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property and wish we could have stayed longer! It is a cute and super clean duplex in a nice, quiet little neighborhood near Globe Life Field and AT&T Stadium. We knew it was going to be good when we first walked in the front door and were welcomed by nice, cool air (it was HOT outside), fresh scent, and an immaculately clean and updated home. Just perfect. Loved the comfortable seating in the living room and the well-equipped kitchen. The owner, Mr. Bolding, was so welcoming and quick to respond to any of our questions, and since we had never been to Dallas (or anywhere in Texas), he gave us a few recommendations for things to do and BBQ places to try. He was right on--Hutchins BBQ for the win! We were in town for a concert at Globe Life Field, and it was super convenient to get there. Beds were comfortable--even my husband with his sensitive back said so! Such a great weekend, and having this comfortable, clean, pleasant place to stay really made it even better. Thank you!!!

Perfect little Get away place

Cons : my husband and brother are at lowes looking for thebexact kitchen faucet because we loved it ! Pros: Very clean house, fully stocked with all the essentials, most rental kitchens have a few pots and pans maybe salt and pepper. Not here all the equipment and several spices were available. Bathrooms were clean and had small things you dont always think of. Beds were great for our family as well. Outside area was great for a card game ! Your 16-18 minute walking to ATT stadium, but its an extremely quick car ride. Lots of places around to grab snacks or a meal. Host worked with us on arrivals and was a quick message away great communication. We will definitely book again for our Arlington quick trips.
