Born and raised in Ohio, I think I always enjoyed sharing spaces with others and trying to being accommodating. Now that my wife and I have a house here in beautiful Tallahassee, I'm happy that I can once again get into hosting guests at our wonderful little house and share part of our lives with them.

1) Location location location! Parkside is just 2 miles from both FSU campus/downtown and the N. Monroe/I-10 exchange letting us get to nearly anywhere we need to be in less than 15 minutes. Grocery stores, pharmacy, movie theatre, cafe, parks, bars, restaurants are all within 1 miles. Simply tremendous to get all of that AND have such lush greenery in our backyard!
2) Parkside/Parkside-Terrace maintains the feeling of Tallahassee before masterplanned neighborhoods were introduced. All of our houses look different, with different landscaping and color schemes across the neighborhood. Alexandria and I really enjoy walking the area and noting the differences in houses and what similarities we can find.

We have a really pleasant backyard/pool deck area that is surrounded by trees. The greenery and typically quiet neighborhood allows for a really refreshing afternoon dip or morning coffee outside before the day gets started.
