Washer and Dryer included, When not on the beach you can enjoy the pickelball courts, two heated swimming pools, barbecue area, and car rinse. Disney World and other theme park Attractions are less than 2 hours away.. Near shopping, marinas, golf & libraries.So kick up your feet and relax among the waves.

*This Condo is a 1 Month Minimum rental*
*Please note, there is a $1,000 deposit required; the electricty and if any damage made to the condo (Interior) from the tenants or guest will also be deducted from this deposit. The remaining balance will be refunded 30 days after your leave*
*Please note, the association requires a background check to be done to each tenant - the fee is $150 non-refudable*

*Please note, per policy, guests will not be able to stay overnight more than 3 days.
