Home was comfortable enough for a large family to enjoy. It could use some updating and a deep cleaning, but all of the major things (beds, appliances) were satisfactory. Great space for socializing with a group, and the mudroom looked quite impressive - especially for the winter months.

A great family vacation house

We had a wonderful stay at this rental for our family vacation! The house was clean, well-maintained, and had plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed for meals, and the living areas were cozy for spending time together. We especially enjoyed the spacious deck and large fire pit. Check-in/check-out went smoothly. The location was great, close to all of the local activities we had planned including Storyland, swimming and shopping. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely rent this home again for a future family trip. Highly recommend!

The entryway mud room is excellent. Lots of room to quickly unload and put your gear. House was very spacious with a comfortable living room. Great heating and cooling throughout. I would rent again.

Loved this house!

We had a great time at this house. Very clean and nicely taken care of. Beds were comfortable, linens were nice. Tons of towels. We all loved playing shuffleboard. We will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful house

The house is really nice and very clean. It worked great for our group. The family room is very comfortable for relaxing after a long active day outside. We also appreciated the baby gates because our toddlers are adventurous with stairs and the metal, spiral staircase was tempting to them. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location—close to all of Conway’s attractions. It really made a great home base for our trip.The only hiccup we ran into was some confusion about the trash pickup instructions. The folder at the property and the VRBO listing gave different directions, and in the end we found out that regular trash service isn’t provided. We did our best to manage it, but clearer guidance up front would have helped.Other than that, everything was smooth, and we truly enjoyed our time here. With a small update to the instructions, this rental would be absolutely perfect!

Not impressed with Vacasa - will go back to a Private Host for our next stay. Property poor in places, wood burning fire not working. Cleanliness poor in places, stained carpets downstairs, plaster falling from lounge ceiling at times, more renovation required to bring property up to scratch. Loved the renovated boot room and games room, location excellent.
