2 King 1 with Bunk Bed /2 Bath Slps 8/ Firepit / Hot Tub

Hootin' and Hollerin' is a brand new, centrally located cabin that will comfortably sleep up to 8 (maximum of 5 adults) but your price is more like what a typical 2 bed / 2 bath will cost. The cabin has a white farm house exterior and inside, the tongue and groove walls are a vibrant white and the ceiling has a gorgeous stain. It is a big change from your traditional cabin interior and it looks great! In the tradition of some of our other cabins, there are bunk beds in one bedroom which sleeps 4 (2 adults & 2 children). Your outside space has a deck, hot tub, fire pit and charcoal grill. You're just minutes from Parkway and the GSMNP entrance is 10 minutes away. It's a quiet spot on a no through road so there's little noise to disturb you. We're more established on the other big short term rental site where we have over 1,000 5 star reviews for all of our cabins (we have 6 in the area). I can't direct you to that site but don't worry, you'll be very happy with this cabin.

This cabin is tucked away more or less behind the Gatlinburg Golf Course in a quiet spot with no through traffic. You're surrounded by tall trees and you've got every chance to see bears, turkeys and groundhogs.

この宿泊施設の特徴

This cabin has a unique look to it - the white walls, stained ceiling, pops of color - along with room to sleep 8. This is so flexible because you can have, for example, grandparents, parents and kids all with their own bed. The grandparents have the primary bedroom and the parents and kids have the second bedroom. You've got outdoor space, a hot tub, firepit (and a proper firepit on a concrete base, not just thrown together on the ground). There's outdoor string lights and quiet surrounds. Your closest neighbor is also owned and rented by us - it's the Social Butterfly right next door - so it's super quiet. You can get to Parkway without going through a traffic light, you can hear the Dollywood train whistle and you're no more than 10 minutes from the entrance to the GSMNP, and just a little farther to Gatlinburg. Be assured, you'll enjoy this cabin!
