This property is a GEM. When we drove up our first impression was hesitant because the landscape upkeep had not been completed. However the inside was a nice surprise & the backyard is amazing. This property has several bedrooms, however 2 with the king beds don’t have closet space & no luggage racks. Luckily we weren’t occupying each bedroom so were able to adjust but if you plan to have occupants in each room that’s something to consider. Also one king bedroom had low water pressure & no television but we managed. It has a nice open floor plan in the main area. It would be great to have another love seat or a recliner for watching the television as a group. We did find that the kitchen had no silverware & was limited in cooking utensils like a cookie sheet but did have things like foil handy & we were close enough to a Walmart to grab plastic cutlery. The backyard is great with something to do for EVERYONE. We did have issues getting the fan on & it never got fixed because they said they needed access to the inside. The only complaint is someone cutting the grass and hedges & cleaning the pool while we were there. Someone literally opened the back gate & walked in on us in the back yard with no notice & didn’t knock on the front door. If you are looking & considering this property the photos & specs disappeared after I booked & communication was lacking prior to check in & no one would send them to me so take pics of the listing. Otherwise it’s NICE!!

We were blown away by the size of the house and all it's amenities. It looked exactly like the photos. Everyone was thrilled with how clean it was. We traveled for a bachelorette weekend and there were so many activities to partake in and we took full advantage. The host was also nice enough to let us check in early and check out late so long as it did not conflict with the cleaning team.

The house is exactly as advertised in the photos. Extremely clean, pool is huge and heated. Kitchen & bathrooms are updated. Beautiful house.Issues we had: anytime you call, it's a mgmt team. Long hold times. Zero accountability. Only one TV worked (remotes would light up so not a battery issue, but wouldn't work the TV). I asked for help during our stay, got a text back 12 hours later asking if I checked the batteries. The main TV room needs more seating than two love couches for an 6 bedroom house.If the property gets better management, it's a 10 out of 10!

This property was beautiful inside and out. We had 9 adults and the house was very spacious and clean. The outside was huge with a very big pool and plenty of room for us to hangout and not feel overcrowded. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone that is looking for something very nice and spacious!

Great property, with the backyard as a highlight. We had a family reunion with 8 kids ranging from 4 to 18. The backyard kept them busy and entertained for our stay. Check-in was smooth, and everything was clean. We recommend this rental!
