Our Caleton Blanco Apartment is situated in an excellent location in the very center of Puerto del Carmen, just set back off the beach in a tranquil and peaceful complex with fantastic views of the beach, sea, mountains and the island of Fuerteventura. The beach, shops, restaurants, cafe´s and bars are literally on your doorstep while the airport is only a 10 minute drive away. The night life is fantastic and suitable for all, you can chill out in the Old Town area in any of the great family friendly bars and restaurants or you can take a walk along the strip where you can find plenty more bars, restaurants, karaoke and live music which are all open till late. The apartment has a large terrace with patio furniture where you can sit out and look out over the Atlantic Ocean, beach and mountains as well as over looking the complex swimming pools - one for children and another for adults. The apartment is equipped for all your needs.........TV with all your favorite channels, a DVD player, a cooker and a washing machine for all your needs.

Beautiful view from this apartment. A superb location. There are alot of steps but as they are not all together it doesn't feel that bad at all. Small price to pay for such a lovely views and great location. It's a little noisy at night but nothing you don't expect from being so close to everything.

The property has everything that you need. Great location for access to the strip. Lovely clean complex. Wouldn’t advise to stay if you arent great with stairs or mobility.

Excellent Location

Lovely apartment with everything you need. Stunning views & excellent location. Whole complex spotlessly clean & well kept. Pool area really nice & quiet. Host was very helpful & communicative. Will definitely return.

Great location

Very comfortable apartment with great views and in a great location close to the strip, and it was quite quiet in the apartment at night, no sounds from the strip. Would definitely stay here again.Thanks James.

Fabulous view!

Great location for restaurants ,bars and beach. Beds very comfortable. There are quite a few steps to walk up to the apartment but a nice relaxing stay and close to the airport. Owners communication is very good .

Great location and views

Great location very central. Fabulous views from the bedroom kitchen and balcony. Overall the apartment was ok but couldbenefit from a refresh. Communication with host was great. We were able to check in ealier than expected which was a bonus. Many thanks for a pleasant stay.

Super Apartment with fab views.

We had a lovely four days in Lanzarote. The apartment has everything you need. It is spacious, well equipped and the views are amazing. Close enough to the main strip to walk to in less than 2 minutes but the elevated means there’s very little noise. Felt very safe. Pool is lovely and lots of sun beds. Communication with owner great. Would recommend

Well organized, a bit used but clean and perfect concerning price and location. Wonderful view on the ocean, Just across the street to the beach. Big and beautiful pool area.

Communications were fast, checking in was straight foward, apartment was very clean and as described, plenty over towels, linen and cutlery, everything needed was in walking distance 10/10

superb apartment with amazing views

i love this apartment! superb location seconds from the beach bars and restaurants. the apartment was spacious and immaculate. the views were amazing. the pool area was very clean and never overcrowded. a very safe complex as both sides were gated and always locked. i never heard any noise from the bars below so no problem for me at all.I would definetley stay here again and james the owner was a delight to deal with.

Perfect location

Great apartment very easy to find. Taxi from airport cost 17euros dropped us at rear door. Apartment nice and spacious has everything you need. Internet TV is a definite plus. Location is superb. Front of the complex opens onto the main strip. Go right and you're in old town, left and you're on the main drag. Large supermarket more or less next door. Everything is within easy walking distance yet the appt is set far enough back to avoid noise. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend

Weekend Getaway

Booked our stay as a birthday present for my friend who was 30 in December. We arrived on Friday and left this morning. Apartment was very clean, and had everything we needed. Location is amazing. Lovely clean pool area. Balcony is definitely a sun trap but the door is a little stiff. Myself and my friend could of easily stayed longer. Would definitely recommend and would definitely return to the apartment. Property manager James very thorough with all information. 5/5⭐️⭐️

Excellent location

The appartment is a bit dated but clean and comfortable. Great location but the steps up are a killer if you are not that fit. Check in was by lock box , good information provided by the owner. All uk tv channels and sky sports etc .available via iptv box. Fabulous views from bedroom and kitchen windows. Balcony door sticks a bit but not a real problem. Pool was clean and quite warm.

Lovely views of beach from apartment windows. Difficult to find apartment block as no signs from top road. Difficult to access master key and front door as locks stiff. 70 steps to get up to apartment from main Avenida so not for the faint hearted. Roomy one bedroom apartment. Beds clean and comfortable. Large tv with multiple British channels. Interior in dire need of repairs and upgrade, ie wood on windows and patio doors rotten. Windows banging when open as no means of securing. Rotten wood also on patio door which cannot open fully. Cut my finger on splintered wood trying to open. At night curtains really blowing from wind when door shut as gaps everywhere. Large patio with table and chairs and sun beds. Sun on balcony from around 11.30 to 6.30pm. Kitchen also in need of total refurb. Outdated and shabby clutter in cupboards. Bathroom needs total refurb too. Shower curtain has black mould. Shower area tiny and dangerously slippery as no safety mat. Water leaks out onto floor from shower so needs mopping after use. Hot water depletes after not very long due to small tank. The pools were out of action - no water in them. Caleton Blanco is in superb location but can see many apartments are well past their sell by dates. There again can see many in the A block which is at the front of the Avenida, have had new aluminum windows and screen fitted. All in all great location, but very disappointing standard of accommodation.

Die Lage war sehr gut, die Sauberkeit in Ordnung. Aber das Objekt ist ungepflegt sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Haustür und Terrassentür waren nur mit Mühe zu öffnen, das Sofa war stark durchgesessen und unbequem, es waren wenig Gläser vorhanden, keine Weingläser. Wir werden das Objekt nicht wieder buchen, es ist einfach zu abgewohnt.

Wohnung ist leider in die Jahre gekommen, Eingangstür, Balkontür und Fenster klemmen beim öffnen und schließen, Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen!Zum Leben in der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, die vielen deutschen Fernsehsender konnte man leider nicht wackelfrei empfangen, schade. Die Pools wurden saniert und standen uns nicht zur Verfügung. Dafür gab es vom Vermieter einen Nachlass, super. Das Beste zum Schluss, die Aussicht aufs Meer von allen Zimmern aus war echt super.
