With 2 bedrooms, including a queen bed and 2 twin beds, it's perfect for a small group or family. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer and a shower. The additional living room space features a comfortable queen sofa bed. Not only was Allison very responsive, everything was as the pictures looked, it was well stocked, very clean and had just about everything you could need to cook up a fresh catch... which we did... a couple times! We will be back!

This is a sweet cottage right on the water, the amenities provided was everything we needed. The only thing that was missing for me was firmer beds..the mattresses were way too soft.. the shops were fun and we loved the restaurants, especially the Blue Dog. The fishing pier was great too. I enjoyed trapping crabs in the water in the back and on the fishing pier. The cottage is centrally located to everything. We enjoyed our stay..

Clean and comfortable. Great laid back location and well equipped for all your needs. Nice deck area with clean comfortable chairs to sit on with a nice dining table outside. A great value and perfect spot for a family. It is quiet and relaxing.

We were in town for my son’s golf tournament at Cape Royal, which was located close to Allison’s place. We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage! It is such a cute place and definitely had everything we needed! My husband and son enjoyed some time on the kayaks, and we had everything we needed to cook a meal at the cottage! It was well stocked for our family of 4! We will definitely be back!

Love this place!!!!!

Fully renovated just as described on the listing. Super clean and very organized. We were able to bring our boat and keep it in the water behind the house. This place is so cute and cumfy. My husband and I come to this little town at least twice a year. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to come back to stay here when we visit the area on our next trip. The only thing I would want to let other guests know is that the street the house is on is a one way. If you're coming with your boat on a trailer you can drive straight in no problem but you cannot make a U turn... you have to back out all the way down the street. We ended up leaving our truck and trailer parked at the marina where we dropped in the boat behind the blue dog grill restaurant. No biggy at all!!!! It was only a 5 minute walk back to the house.Love love love this place!! It really was amazing.
