L’accueil était chaleureux et la propriétaire nous a très bien renseigné et expliqué en Français.Le logement était très bien placé dans le centre de Venise et très agréable nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Perfect clean and safe location!

Highly recommend this cozy apartment in a perfectly quiet and safe location. It was very clean and comfortable. It was our first trip to Venice and Nina and Francesco were great hosts.

Perfect location, nice size, but dark

Nina, the owner, met me when I arrived. She is gracious and thorough, explaining everything about the apartment and the area. A great thing - there is a market just around the corner! And it was a short walk to St. Mark's and its main water taxi stop. The apartment itself is basically one large room, separated into two with furniture. It is pleasantly secure-feeling, because it opens from a courtyard off the main passageway. But the lightbulbs are low-watt and the windows don't provide much sun, so it is quite dark. And there is nothing fancy here - quite minimal. The minimal didn't bother me, but over the period of a full week, the darkness did. For a couple of days, no problem. But for a longer stay, I would not return or recommend.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt ...

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll mit teils antiken Möbeln eingerichtet, das Bad ist wunderbar. Die Wege zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten sind kurz. Zugleich ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig, da sie im Hinterhaus liegt. Wir haben die Ruhe und die südländische Anmutung des "corte" (des Hofes) sehr genossen. Nina ist sehr freundlich und professionell und immer schnell erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

superbe emplacement et ville magique .

Idéalement placé derrière la place st marc . Proche des commerces et restaurants. Logement très propre , literie confortable, bien équipé pour se faire la cuisine . Par ailleurs, appartement très sombre, donnant sur une petite cour intérieure , la salle de bain manque de luminosité avec un miroir placé assez loin. L’appartement est assez vieux. Aucune vue (cour intérieure). Un rafraîchissement des peintures apporterait un plus . Voilà notre avis .

exacctly what we wanted to get the flavor of the city.

Nina is delightful. Perfect size, new , roomy bathroom. Two suggestions to improve the apt: 1) the bed needs a new mattress and softer pillows (very hard pillows and mattress wasn't comfortable) and softer towels. 2) the shower attachment would be easier to use if it was attached to the wall permanently _ trying to hold it w/ one hand and lather up or shampoo with one was a little difficult. Picky but hopefully helpful information

Best feature is location, great location!

Everything was wonderful. Had a large tub which is a rarity. Convenient to San Marco and Rialto. Lots of eateries around. Shops, shops, shops. Pillows not great, upstairs neighbor noisy til midnight or later.

Great location. The apartment was all we needed for what little time we were in it.

The apartment was exactly want we expected based on the photos shown. The kitchen was tiny but functional, but why cook with so many places to eat. The only negative, though minor, the apartment needed brighter lighting.

Un studio central en plein cœur de Venise

Cet studio est petit et sombre et manque d'aération mais il est bien situé et il nous a bien servi dans ce dont nous avions besoin. Pour un très court séjour, il est parfait. Nous avons apprécié le fait d'être à égale distance de Place St-Marc et du Pont du Rialto. C'était génial. Les indications pour nous rendre sur les lieux étaient très détaillées. Nous avons eu l'impression de participer à une chasse aux trésors. Les conseils que nous ont fourni la gestionnaire des lieux nous ont été utiles.

Un séjour très agréable avec un accueil très sympathique

Contact très chaleureux avec Nina qui nous a accueilli avec le sourire, et a fait l'effort de nous parler en Français, en nous donnant toutes les informations pratiques nécessaires. Très bon séjour dans une ville exceptionnelle et des gens très bienveillants. Yesmine, Ibtissem et Gazali.

Très agréable séjour

Appartement très bien conçu et remarquablement bien situé. On est au centre de tout. Nombreux documents fournis très utiles par les propriétaires. Propriétaires qui parlent français, très agréables et peuvent nous fournir des informations si on leur demande, ce qui est très plaisant. Bref, à recommander :)

Great place at the heart of Venice

First off I have to say the directions provided for this apartment were amazing. I had to travel there to meet my wife ( who made it there hours before me) at midnight and I was able to easily make my way there following the directions. It's a nice little place with a great location you can walk just about anywhere you would need to go. You can get groceries around the corner and there are many stores and restaurants around. You are a few minutes walk from st marks basilica if you wish to visit that. Highly recommend

This place is exactly as advertised It is well equipped and located in a quiet courtyard. The instructions for getting there are excellent, and Francesco is an excellent host who shared a lot of practical and useful information with us about Venice and getting around. Très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans cet appartement très bien situé. Studio confortable, propre, bien aménagé pour 2 voir 4 personnes. L'accueil de Nina et de sa belle maman fut très agréable , chaleureux avec tous les conseils nécessaires pour une installation rapide. Quant à Venise, après avoir visité les principaux sites touristiques laissez vous allez de rue en rue et de ruelle en ruelle, il y aura toujours quelque chose à découvrir de beau et d 'intéressant. Baladez vous le soir après 21 h, il n' y a plus personne dans les rues, l'ambiance de l'éclairage avec l' eau des canaux et les ponts est fantastique: on est dans un autre monde. Je recommande sans problème cette location

Ideal position

This small studio apartment is perfectly placed for easy access to Piazza San Marco. Nina and Francesco's notes on how to get to the apartment are exemplary. There are only two bridges to cross if you arrive at Rialto and the walk is otherwise easy. Everything you need is in the flat and even coffee was provided for us to make a welcoming drink. Nina was there to greet us and she gave us some restaurant recommendations .

Parfaite location au coeur de Venise

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement, entièrement équipé, bien conçu, et très cosy pour une famille avec deux enfants. La literie est de bonne qualité et le wifi fonctionne parfaitement. L'emplacement est idéal pour profiter pleinement de Venise, à quelques rues de la Place Saint Marc et du vaporeto. Nos hôtes, Mr et Mme BRAMANTE ont été charmants et nous ont fourni toutes les informations dont nous avions besoin. Nous avons même eu la chance de pouvoir profiter de l'appartement jusqu'en fin d'après midi le dernier jour, ce qui nous a donné l'impression d'avoir un jour supplémentaire de vacances! Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement.

Wonderful studio in the heart of Venice

My family stayed at this charming studio and we couldn't have been happier with the studio, the hosts and the amenities. We were traveling with two young children (6 yrs and 4 yrs) and the size and location of the studio was perfect. Our hosts, Francesco and Nina, were kind enough to let us into the apartment unexpectedly early on our arrival day and are truly considerate hosts. The wifi worked perfectly, the kitchen was fully equipped, the pull out bed was comfortable, the bath tub was a rare bonus and the courtyard was quiet and extremely safe. I highly recommend staying at this studio. If we come to Venice again, we will definitely stay here. Thank you Francesco and Nina!

Amazing location Venice

We loved our Venice rental. The location was ideal. Although in the middle of everything, it was very quiet and secure. The kitchen is well-equipped and the bathroom was spotless with lots of towels. Nina met us and was very helpful and pleasant. We had a great experience and the rates were very reasonable. Thank you!

Perfect location!

Venice can be a little confusing for a first-time visitor, but Francesco and Nina provided very clear instructions on how to reach this great apartment. As other reviewers have noted, the superb location, amenities and reasonable price all contributed to a fabulous five days in Venice. I would love to return some day.

So reasonable and convenient

I booked for my daughter and I to stay and we were delighted with the apartment and the service offered by Nina and Francesco. The apartment is so central and yet quiet. It has everything that you need and because you can self cater and can walk everywhere it makes a Venice holiday affordable and enjoyable. Francesco met my daughter and explained how everything worked and nothing was too much trouble for him. He had to take my daughter to an ATM and did not take a bond as we were a mother and daughter and thus in his view were totally trustworthy. They allowed us a late check out at no extra cost. The only hiccup I had was when I emailed to Nina's gmail address - for some reason my emails did not get throughto that address - so make sure you email the info@interflats.com address. Once I used that address I got instant replies from Nina. We also failed to read the notice which is on the table about where to leave the rubbish out and felt bad as we had not put our rubbish out, Overall we were totally happy with the apartment and with our hosts. Staying there made our holiday in Venice fun, relaxed and affordable - we could easily walk everywhere e.g to concerts in the evening. And they gave us lots of useful information before we arrived that added to the value and enjoyment of our holiday.

Great apartment on Casselaria

This place was just perfect. It is near the hustle bustle of the Rialto and San Marco, but when you opened the gate and entered the pretty courtyard you were in a peaceful oasis. Nina is a fantastic owner -- she actually found us out in the street as we were trying to find our way the first night! She guided us to the supermarket for supplies (literally less than a minute from the apartment). She saw us a few times as she was pushing her adorable son in his stroller and it made us feel part of the neighborhood when she stopped to chat. I hope to return!

Wonderful location, great host

As other reviews have confirmed, this is a comfortable & quiet apartment in a wonderfully central location. A short walk to the Rialto and to St. Mark's Square; a slightly longer walk (maybe 15 minutes) takes you to the Fondamenta Nuove to catch the vaporetto to Murano or Burano, or the fast Alilaguna shuttle to Marco Polo airport. As it happens, one of our suitcases did not make it onto our flight, and so we had to arrange delivery to the apartment for the next day. Nina, our host, was incredibly helpful -- we provided her phone number as a contact for the baggage service, and she graciously forwarded messages to us via email and SMS message. This enabled us to enjoy our first day in Venice, and still be back to the apartment in time to welcome our wayward luggage.

The place to stay in Venice

We are veteran travelers, having been to Europe 19 times in the last 30 years. The last 3 years we have travelled using VRBO lodgings exclusively, and have been very satisfied in every lodging. But I must single out this lodging in terms of location (you can walk to both Piazza San Marco and Rialto Bridge in about 7 minutes), internet (high speed, never drops the signal), kitchen (small but has everything for cooking, better than the four other places we stayed this trip which were all good), clean, great hot water, quiet, and the owner was a pleasure to deal with and spoke English ver well. If you also consider the very reasonable price for Venice, it's the best you will find in this truly incredible place. Den

Would Go Back

We loved our apartment in Venezia. The location was great for sightseeing, shopping, restaurants. We loved the ability to walk from the train station if we didn't want to ride on a vaporetto. We also appreciated being so close to a grocery store. We did use our small kitchen on a daily basis. We could not have found nicer hosts for our stay. They met us to help us explore our apartment and were very available during our stay. In fact, it is not often that we have found such helpful hosts. We loved our apartment and look forward to renting again.

Excellent, Organized, Comfortable and Homey

I had an excellent experience with the family who owns this studio. The initial booking process was smooth, follow-up communication was timely, the handing over of keys was friendly, and the actual apartment itself is tastefully furnished and well organized. The bathroom is clean and comes stocked with basic toiletries including a hair-dryer. And a major bonus is that we never had an issue with mosquitoes during our 3-day stay. The location is close to a major grocery store where we could buy snacks, and also a good coffee shop where we had cappucino and croissant every morning. More importantly, the location is in a small street, so that it is very quiet and peaceful during the evening - we never had an issue with noise from the street. I would highly recommend this apartment for its price-range.
