With 2 bedrooms (1 King & 1 Queen) and 2.5 bathrooms, this lovely end unit has a large open living/dining area complete with a gas fireplace, bar and wraparound porch. The townhouse offers a perfect retreat with a blend of modern amenities and access to outdoor activities, making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and entertainment. With a community pool, private access to Lake Lonely, kayak storage, clubhouse, tennis courts, pickleball, and a putting green! Enjoy all that Saratoga Springs has to offer, with the convience of being close to the Saratoga Race Course, Saratoga National Golf Course, Saratoga Lake, fine dining, and lots of entertainment.
