We absolutely loved our stay at this cabin! The location was perfect right in between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, so it was easy to get to everything we wanted to do. The cabin was super clean and had beautiful views. We especially enjoyed the game room and hot tub, which made relaxing after a long day so much better. We even got to see bears during our stay, which was such a cool experience! Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

This property is very clean, well organized, has a lot of kitchen equipment, and game room was a lot of fun! It was a little intimidating getting up to the property from the narrow roads but worth the view! We did happen to run across two black bears crossing the road in front of the property but luckily they didn’t bother us. I would highly recommend this property if you’re staying in the area.

Well appointed cabin with everything we could need. It was very clean, but a few bugs would show up at night once we turned the lights on.

Thank you for your review. We’re so glad you found the cabin clean, well appointed, and stocked with everything you needed. We do apologize for the bugs you noticed at night. In the mountains, a few occasional insects can still make their way inside, especially when lights are on, but we understand that can be frustrating. We appreciate you sharing this feedback and hope to host you again soon.

This cabin was amazing. Clean and just as advertised. Management was very responsive, as we had to call twice. the first time was due to a huge down poor and heavy wind. the upstairs bathroom ended up leaking thru the fan. I think it would have leaked no matter where we were at. They offered to come with extra towels and help us clean up. the second time the AC gave out on the second floor. they had someone to fix it right away. This was our second time staying at a Heavens rental and will use them again.
