It is not a palace but has independent entrance not having to go thru the house. Nice bathroom with glass enclosed shower, steel sink in granite topping and toilet.
First guest pays $69 per night and each additional guest $59. per night in a home-like Central AC & Heating atmosphere. Wash, Dryer & Soap at $19 per wash load. Located at only 1 mile from downtown Silver Spring, 10 miles to the White House and D.C. monuments. PROPERTY RULES:

Only booked-in guests are allowed to sleep over. No unregistered people allowed to spend the night. No promiscuity at all. Guest is allowed to have visitors in the suite until 11 PM. No party, no loud music beyond reasonable limits. Pets allowed at $20. per night. The surrounding neighborhood is residential, quiet, and the County allows noise until 10PM. - This lodging being a family oriented accommodation allows no promiscuity.
The Hosting expects the guest staying with us to follow all rules; good guests receive a nice review about their stay.
DIRECTIONS to the lodging:
The house is at 8829 Flower Avenue Silver Spring, MD. It is located on the corner of Flower Ave & Plymouth St. It is fenced by 6 foot tall green bushes all around. From Flower turn onto Plymouth and immediate right on the first driveway; drive in all the way near the house doors and call the host to hand you the key. PARKING: Many guests come with no car. Driving guests can park on the street but will need a $20 parking permit from Montgomery County; parking with no permit ticket is $50.As not every guest come by car the parking fee is not included in the booking price; guests that choose to park on the 24/7 camera surveillance secured driveway pay a fee of $12 on the first car and $15 on the 2nd car for 24 hours period; guests may pay the parking fee to the platform, can send by Zelle to 301-404-4070, or pay cash on arrival at check-in time.
CHECK OUT instructions are as follows:
Latest time is 11am; there is no need to dismantle the bed linens - the cleaning crew will do that to send to the laundry and will prepare and sterilize the suite for the next coming guest arriving after 3pm; so no need for the checking-out guests to-do anything; just to make sure not to forget and leave any belongins behind.
