"ビッグブルーヴィラ"は、本当に広々とした海のフロントキクラデススタイルのヴィラで、総面積は200㎡です。

ナウサ半島の端に位置するヴィラは、エーゲ海の180度の息を呑むような景色を提供しています。 それはわずか100mです。美しい黄金の砂浜のビーチ「Agioi Anargyroi」から離れ、ナウサの鮮やかな中心部から数分のところにあります。 それは理想的な場所です！

1階にはフル装備のバスルームと3つの大きなベッドルームがあり、それぞれにエーゲ海を見渡すベランダがあり波を耳にします。

グラウンドフロアは、リビングルームのすべての窓からエーゲ海への配布されていない展望があるので、あなたが文字通り海の中にいるという錯覚を与えます。 グラウンドフロアには、モダンな設備が整ったメインキッチンと、2つの広々としたベランダがあり、1日の時間と天候によってランチ/ディナーを楽しむことができます。 改装された2017年に改装された大きなダブルベッドルームと、新しい最小のバスルームもあります。 大きなグループの場合、リビングルームのソファーの1つはダブルベッドに変換することができます。

家は美しい庭園に囲まれ、海を見下ろす伝統的な石工バーベキューがあります。 チェックインは午後4時、チェックアウトは午前11時です。 ガレージと地上のスタジオはヴィラとは完全に独立しており、アクセスが必要で、家政婦が占有しているためアクセスできません。

Beautiful Paros Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was even nicer than in the pictures—fully remodeled, spacious, and in an unbeatable location. Ocean views from every window made it extra special. We would definitely recommend it and hope to return!

3 couples island hopping

Great location. Naousa way better than parikia. Car rental up the street where we rented 3 fiat cabriolet for 3 days. Shortcut to town through the church. Bit breezy if meltemis is blowing. Big place, great spot.

Top seafront Villa!Highly recommended!

Our stay at The Big Blue villa was simply fantastic!!! The place is ideally located, spacious with all needed facilities and literally by the sea! Thus, it gives you a range of swimming options super close by - the sea is just 30 meters from the house and there is also another organized family beach 3min walking distance. On top of this, it's really close (walking distance again) to the picturesque and buzzing town of Naoussa. We were happily stunned that the pictures were fully representative of the house – Truly a spacious, clean and adorable island villa with sea views from all the windows! We simply adored it. The host was super helpful and kind, greeting us upon arrival and presenting us with a basket full of traditional Greek delicacies which were delicious! Konstantinos, has been super accommodating and responsive – he arranged the scooter rentals for us and even gave us the best tips for lunch, dinner and drinks – we were just like locals :) Although Paros was not initially my first choice, I would definitely go back and stay at the Big Blue villa for sure but also recommend the place to family/friends without a doubt!!

Amazing stay!

There were 6 of us travelling through Greece together and we had the pleasure of staying at the ‘Big Blue’ villa in Naousa, Paros. This is the second time we’ve been to Paros but first time at this beautiful villa. Such a stunning place in a stunning location! The host was wonderful and very easy to communicate with and made sure we were able to check in early since our ferry got in 4 hrs earlier than check in time…which we really appreciated! The house was very comfortable and airy and well stocked and the view was breathtaking and a just a short walk to the awesome town of Naousa. Highly recommend!

Paradise on Paros

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa at the sea. Walking distance to the town of Naoussa and to the small beach nearby make it perfectly located. With 4 bedrooms and 3 baths was perfect size for our group. It had exactly the amenities we could need for bed, bath and kitchen, but we didn’t do any cooking because there are so many nice restaurants and bakeries in town. Magna the property manager was responsive when we needed anything. Highly recommend a stay here!

Wonderful and perfectly located villa by the sea

The contact with Konstantinos was super easy and effective. The check-in was done in a timely manner and went very smoothly. The house is tastefully decorated and is very welcoming, just like in the pictures full of light! Loved the tips and tricks we were given on where to go (visit and eat)! The only negative thing would be that we didn't stay longer :( We'll come back for sure though :)

Incredible Villa by the sea!

Hospitality, luxury, convenience, comfort! It was our main choice for our family holidays last year....and it was by far our best summer holidays week ever! The villa has great facilities, Cycladic design, and a spacious terrace with an amazing view. The location is one of the best in the island as it combines proximity to the beach as well as the city centre. It is build next to one of the best beaches of Paros. The service was indeed impeccable .... authentic but also very professional! We strongly recommend it as a family or large group destination!
